Despite buying their Premiere policy, they have refused to cover almost everything so far. Their favorite excuse is to say everything is normal wear and tear. Washer jet hoses broken on a 9 year old car? Normal wear and tear. Wheel bearing gone out? Normal wear and tear, despite wheel bearing specifically being listed as covered on my policy. What a waste of money this was. I will be contacting the BBB.

Jason vas very professional and answer all my question. That's the first time I buy a warranty, a lot it ignorance on this topic for me. Jason, will able to answer every single question directly to the point, preventing waste my time at job. My conversation with Jason was very helpful and respectfully. I received from that conversation more than I expect.
I had a warranty through them... all was well at first... then they stopped answering phone calls and emails. I hope they can reach out to me and fix this for me. I would love to change my review on them once they provide any sort of service. Please do not harass me to change my review as its in accordance with the FTC's Consumer Review Fairness Act as well as an accurate honest opinion on how I was treated. Thank you!
I was very pleased with the professionalism of Jason Wilford. He was very courteous and helpful. And equally important I appreciate the honesty, everything he promised, he delivered.
Signed up for an extended warranty after a push by the salesperson John Myers, before I bought the vehicle, on 10/22/2021. 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Left voicemails to John Myers on Nov 1st and Nov 2nd to cancel the plan. Since no response was received, sent an email to cancel on 11/5/21, still, no response, hence tried calling several times and finally got a hold of John, he said he will process the cancellation and I should the money back on my card in 2-3 days, and I will get an email of the cancellation. No email, no refund after 1 week, called again and went through the same drill. Still, nothing, another week, called again and John said the refund was processed, but still refused to send an email confirmation of cancellation. On 11/23/2021, John said the refund was canceled a couple of business days ago, told him I do not see it.
Still unable/refused to send an email for confirming the cancellation. After requesting to talk to someone in billing, he transferred me to Matthew on 11/23 who in a defensive and demeaning tone said that the refund was processed on 11/22/2021, and refused to send an email because the $100 refund is not worth an email.
No way the way they talk to customers will earn any positive reviews that they gloat over every 1 min of conversation.
The employees are always ready to answer all the possible questions. Like dealing with the people who know their stuff.

Zach was able to answer all the questions I had. I currently have a different extended warranty, and I am totally dissatisfied with it. For that reason, I am switching my extended warranty to Total Auto Protect.
I had purchased extended warranty through Audi dealership, and mannn when it came time to use theme they treated me like telemarketer and were trying to find every way not to pay. So i cancelled theme out. Total Auto Protect was my 8th place I spoke to and the coverage and deductible etc.... is the best and Zachery Hill explained it all in details for me. I was expecting to pay a higher cost, but it was much lower than i expected. a lot of weight off my shoulder and am very happy. I don't want to say I want to use the warranty because we don't want our cars to break down, but if it does I feel confident Total Auto Protect will do as they said they will..
