I had the pleasure of working with Samuel Taylor. Samuel was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a get job walking me through my options. I felt well taken care of. He’s a great asset, thanks for the service.

Sam was incredibly helpful. He explained the plans, and helped with discounts. It was a very easy process.

Had been shopping around to get a warranty/service extension contract for my 2019 Mustang. Spoke and emailed with Sam Taylor at Total Auto Protect and worked out a coverage plan tailored to what I felt was a good balance between service & price. I am in hopes I do not have to use it, but the peace of mind of having it is totally worth it to me.

Samuel Taylor was my representative and he was extremely helpful. He worked hard to get me a nice price and was very detailed in his explanation of the policy. I have not had a need to use the warranty yet, but am hoping the experience will be as pleasant as working with Sam.

Sam Tayor was exceptional not only about the product but taking the time to answer all my questions. He stayed on the phone until the process was complete and walked me through all the steps. He was very professional in answering about competitors without being negative.

John Myers was incredible!
He was Professional, Knowledgeable and very easy to speak with, he also made sure we were taken care of and actually cared about our concerns which is not very common these days.
Employee's like him are not easy to find, keep this young man at all costs!!!

Found what Iwas looking for in extended warranty

Jason Wilford was super knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time buying an extended warranty and he made the process very easy for me. Would definitely recommend this company and Jason to friends and family.

John was very helpfull and answered all my questions. Haven't had to use it yet so I hope when I do I dont run into any problems And it goes smooth.

Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Really appreciate the extra mile service and how easy and quick it was to ensure the life of our son's new car.

Our service representative, John, is very knowledgeable about the product and returned calls promptly. I contacted the company late one evening to inquire about coverage and they returned the call first thing in the morning. When we could not take the call at that time they set a time for a call back and promptly called at the rescheduled time.
I had difficulty finding an open market extended warranty policy for my car after my original manufacturer's extended warranty policy expired, as most companies will not cover the manufacturer of my car and/or the model. I found Total Auto Protect online and they do offer Vehicle Service Policies for many of the manufacturers others will not cover, as advertised. We were able to quickly go over the options and coverages and had the policy in place by the end of the call.

Representative Jason W presentation convinced me this is the company I was going to do business with. He answered all my questions with no hesitation, even got me discount. Researched other company, Total Auto-protect reviews also helped convinced me. Thank you Jason

I was shopping for extended warranty service, read five different websites showing the highest rated companies. I wanted to call at least three to get a variety of quotes to choose from. My first call was to Total Auto Protect. I spoke with the nicest young man, John M. He was so professional, easy to talk to, clear, precise in his answers when I questioned him that I decided to not waste my time calling any other company!! I used to work in Customer Service many, many years ago when it was important to put the customer first, and I thought those days were over. However, I have to say that I was wrong. There are still companies and employees who still value their potential customers and, hopefully, their true customers. I'm expecting just the best of service if/when we do have an issue with our vehicle. I hope I never have to call for their help, but I just have a feeling deep down that if we do, it will be a Great experience! Thanks, John, for answering the phone, your last call for the day, when you were already done and off the clock! We look forward to working with you on any potential car issues we might have over in the next few years!! The Smiths

Notice that most of the positive reviews are all about the initial signup process. Yes, they are very helpful in the beginning and even cover a lot of cars that other companies won't. And their rates are reasonable. Why? Because they have no intention of paying your claim or giving you a refund. Total scam. I filed two claims, both of which were legitimate based on their policy. Both denied. I canceled and asked for a refund, which I am yet to receive. First they said they were having problems with their credit card system, so they would mail me a check. It's been over a month, and no check. The latest excuse? "The check is in the mail!" Right! I will be pursuing civil and criminal fraud charges as well as interstate commerce violations. Also filing a report with the atty general in Delaware, where they are located probably for the tax advantages and limited corporate liability offered by that state. Beware!!!

The agent That I dealt with, Jason, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the various options available to us. He took time to explain everything in detail which made it easy to choose the plan best for us.

With Total Auto Protect the phone conversation was very helpful and pleasurable. The representative even helped me get my bill paid in 2 payments,within a certain time frame of course. They were very patient with me and knew I wanted the maintenance contract or needed the contract.The price was definitely right and workable they take care of you and prices are so reasonable. I haven't had to use it yet but it all sounds so easy.

My conversations with John Myers over the past 2 days have been great! I knew nothing about extended car warranties and wasn't sure about any of this. John explained everything to me and answered all my questions -- John is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! John spoke with me like we had been friends for years and never pressured me to make an "on the spot decision". I tend to keep my cars for 10 years and guess I have been lucky to not have had any "major car problems". John helped me understand all the benefits of an extended car warranty and offered me a 5 year policy with a very reasonable price, which will bring my car to 10 years old!!!! I can't thank John enough! I easily agreed to the policy with Total Auto Protect and look forward to working with John for the next 5 years!!! Thank you so much, John!!!!
