I had what turned out to be a minor…
I had what turned out to be a minor issue with a new vape, Jen was very helpful and the issue is resolved. It was fun and easy to deal with her, she changed a stressful experience into an enjoyable one, and I am a happy customer! Keep smiling Jen!

Feedback on the free gift in the cart
Everything works well on the website, and shipping is fast. But the free gift is simply a voucher for future purchases, and it expires in a year. So it's not really much of a gift and doesn't feel like a win, at least not for me. An actual physical product that you put in the box and send along with the order leaves a better impression and feels more like a "gift" than a discount voucher.
