What made my experience so positive was I was emailing someone who works there and in typical old lady fashion, I can't find the email or his name but he was really nice, friendly and very helpful. No matter how many stupid questions I asked, he patiently answered them. He provided some useful advice. He is truly an outstanding example of good customer service and it makes me consider TV Vape for future purchases. Actually, EVERYONE I dealt with there was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We need so much more of this!!!

When it comes to the vape that I ordered I'm more than happy with it
The problem I have is at check out you guys decided to charge me $7.50 for a gift card unnecessarily that I did not want or need without my approval
