Great after sales support
Jen made my experience with my defective Utillian 723 exchange Painless. All I had to do was to prove the device was defective by sending them a video of my defective device. Once they received the video, Jen sent me a replacement. I appreciate your effort Jen! I have bought multiple devices from TVape and will continue to purchase from them as I feel confident with their after sales support.

Good service
I have ordered a couple different vapes from them and they always ship my order quickly. Their customer service has been good as well. One time they made me aware of a product recall and I was able to get a new upgraded version of my old product. Another time my vape broke and they responded within 1 day when I asked for a replacement and didn't make me jump through too many hoops before sending me a free replacement. No doubt I will continue to buy from them in the future as I've been happy so far.
