Cannot fault the management service provided by this company.
Their maintenance team have a slick system that picks up any issues raised by their tenants, attends to the repairs promptly and efficiently and then notifies the landlord of actions taken.
Routine inspections are regular, a photographic record is kept and a copy sent to the landlord.
Topproperty ensures that the safety checks, licencing and council tax queries are taken care of, giving the landlord peace of mind that everything is compliant.
A 5* service and highly recommended!

Do not use this company for a student let. My daughter and her housemates have had so many problems.
The house was dirty when they moved in even though they been assured the property had been deep cleaned (photos are available)
There were problems with the heating, bad electrics, shower leaking, pest control to name a few.
They moved out at the end of June and left the property clean (I know this because I cleaned it!) and have chased and chased for their deposits to be returned. This morning they received emails stating numerous payments would be deducted from their deposits. I have tried to call Top property services to get a copy of their complaints procedure as it is not on their website but no one answers the phone.
