Highly recommend!! Getting a whole new bathroom can be a stressful experience, but Ellie at the Aintree showroom explained every step and put my mind at ease.
Ellie designed the bathroom, based on the type of items I wanted, such as a walk in shower, large bath and spa-vibes! She has designed a haven and I am so happy with the result!
Ellie walked me through each item in the order, and was able to show me examples in the showroom - so I knew exactly what I was getting.
Ellie was always on hand for any questions I had about anything and she was a real comfort throughout the process! Ellie was able to communicate with my bathroom fitters and this made the process smooth sailing! I have already recommended Ellie and the Bathroom Showroom to all my neighbours and friends, as everyone now has bathroom envy!!

Graham Msakery at the Winsford, Cheshire showroom was extremely helpful, made workable suggestions, checked all fitted and was pleasant to deal with. Would go back there if needed for future projects.

My husband and I were looking for a company to advise on having a main bathroom and 2 ensuites redesigned. We were recommended to make an appointment with Mia Lord at City Plumbing in Grimsby. We had never had the privilege of having new bathrooms before so didn't know what we wanted. I cannot stress enough that Mia has more than the 'wow factor'! She rearranged the main bathroom before our eyes, it was amazing. The girl has heaps of talent! The other 2 ensuites are just incredible so thank you very much Mia. Would recommend anyone to see Mia, she will give the best advice and great ideas. Also thank you to the delivery driver too. Everything was a fabulous experience from start to finish.

We used the Grimsby showroom to design and order our beautiful new bathroom. Mia was so patient with us, as we changed our design several times, she is extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in guiding us to make the best use of our space to create a relaxing spa atmosphere. Delivery team were professional we had no issues with any of our order. Would highly recommend

We used City Plumbing in Stirling and Lynsey was friendly and very helpful. She suggested some nice ideas for us which was great. Great communication through the process from start to finish. Also the design was just what wanted. Would use them again for any future projects.

Sue at City Plumbing in Dorchester guided us through the process of rebuilding the main bathroom. Her design ideas and selection of furniture was excellent when working to a budget. Most importantly she was able to swap wall panels which were too big to get up the stairs. Thank you.

Mia took my thoughts and ideas for a Nordic style en suite and created the vision. Couple of little tweaks made it perfect. The quality of the furniture was evident and I'm so glad with my choices, with Mia's advice. I was kept updated on when goods would be delivered and the installation went brilliantly.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom from The Bathroom Showroom Walthamstow. I’m in there all the time now—it looks so much more spacious and incredibly stylish.

A massive thank you to Jenna Leigh Morris for her incredible service. From the start, she took the time to really understand what I wanted, and her approach was brilliantly collaborative. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she was so responsive as the project progressed.

I know I was in touch a lot (and changed my mind on designs and products more than once!), but Jenna was endlessly patient with me. She is clearly very knowledgeable and suggested great alternatives to help keep everything within my budget. She was never pushy and never tried to upsell me on the most expensive options just for the sake of it.

I’m also really impressed with the quality of the City Plumbing own-brand products. The final result is perfect. If you’re planning a renovation, go see Jenna!

Alex did a great job sourcing the supplies for our bathroom, as well as doing a complimentary bathroom drawing and plan. He was responsive and easy to deal with, everything arrived very quickly and was delivered for free. I would definitely use Alex and The Bathroom Showroom again.

We had used City Plumbing Chester previously for materials for a new bathroom and two ensuites. We couldn't have chosen better .. from design, to delivery and follow up .. there are always the odd small niggles with large projects but City Plumbing made sure that everything was resolved very quickly. I therefore had no hesitation in returning to them when I was project managing a new shower room for a disabled relative. Once again they rose to the occasion and made sure that, considering the special circumstances, gave good advice, kept in contact and followed up afterwards.

Emma was an absolute star from start to finish. She really knows her stuff. I was able to discuss my ideas and she made it a reality. She knew where to find/source exactly what I wanted and add ideas I hadn’t even considered. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

We used the Harrogate branch and had a fantastic and most importantly, easy experience!
Alex helped us plan our bathroom and kept it strict on budget just like we wanted. Everything in our bathroom is exactly how we wanted it and how we imagined it. The delivery of the bathroom was perfect too and the delivery guy was lovely.

We made appointment with Emma who talked us through the design from start to finish, her knowledge and expertise was 1st class ,excellent service and Emma made everything so easy,a credit to the company.

As soon as we walked into the bathroom shower room we recieved excellent customer service , we were advised on all our bathroom needs .Emma was brilliant so friendly she evan sorted out a bathroom design and a plumber to do the work . I would recommend Plumb city in crewe to any one, 100% satisfied .Thank you for our new bathroom .

We dealt with Ms. Mia Lord at the Grimsby branch of The Bathroom Showroom and cannot rate her highly enough.
Her efficiency, patience, attention to detail and customer service have all been outstanding throughout.
Mia listened to what we wanted to achieve and, as and when necessary, very subtly used her experience and professionalism to suggest far better alternatives which has resulted in the bathroom we had imagined but had no idea whatsoever how to achieve.
Nothing was too much trouble - Mia has made our bathroom refurbishment straightforward and stress-free.
