UPDATE: Check your spam! The company did respond and it just went to my Spam folder (if there is a way to fix this they should look into it which I never check...ever. The problem was resolved and I am very happy with the two bags that I ordered.

I ordered two bags 6/4/2025… I have yet to receive shipping confirmation… it is now 6/16. I have sent 4 emails with zero response. “Ships within 5-6 days” is false. If I didn’t know better I would think this company is a scam. I just gave up on emailing and called. “They are not taking calls at this time. And their message center is full.” One of the poorest customer service experiences I have had. There is nothing like being ignored.

Order #32766 10/07/24 was incomlete. Two bags from my order did not arrive, not very good expirience.
Very disappointed with this fact and need refund, I wrote to them and waiting for reply.

Problem was solved.

It doesn't ship worldwide which is disappointing. Everything else is good, the quality is amazing, the bag is everything I thought it would be.

What can I say, Tomtoc has done it again! I absolutely love my new Custom Sling Bag Pro! It fits all my essentials for when I want a nice travel bag without having to lug around a big purse especially when I want to take my Nintendo. It fits my phone, wallet, switch, car keys and I still have room if I want to toss a few more items in like a charger! I absolutely love this bag. They did an amazing job on the details and I love how my name was sewn on!

High quality heavy duty zippers & materials, but light weight. Also, looks great, just like I designed it, & with the bright high vis interior. Plus the offset strap hangs great.

Sadly the item is smaller than my current bag so it will not have the capacity for my stuff.

The sling arrived in a timely manner and looks great! The zipper are a little stiff but should be perfect anyway. I initially bought this for the bright interior and size. My only problem which is entirely mine is that it is mostly for a right handed person, I should have looked closer before purchase.

Pack was as advertised and for the price, unbeatable. Large but not too big to carry around. It is slightly larger than a typical carry on but it will fit under seat of plane if not over-packed. Appears well constructed. Only slight negative is lack of a waist strap but not enough to drop my rating

I wear this to ride my bike and run errands. It's great. Holds everything I need it to plus more!! Definitely recommend

This bag is amazing and holds a lot of things. The bag by default is a little heavy but still comfortable. I wish the water bottle holder was bigger or stretchier.
