I bought this for my new ipad. It holds the ipad, the charger, the pencil, and the mouse. I love it.

I ordered a bag that looks and shipped fine, but I decided when I opened the box that it wasn't exactly what I wanted. I immediately issued a return request but haven't heard back for 14+ days.

product is great so far, only issue is only having one colour choice and the chest strap is too high. Otherwise the purchase experience and bag has been solid.

My item has been sitting in a warehouse for a week! It made it half way to it's final destination. Still no shipping date.

The MacBook Pro Sleeve is as good, if not better, than represented. My daughter loves it. There was a small hiccup with the original order, but on their own initiative Tomtoc very quickly shipped another Sleeve. Awesome product and customer service. Highly recommend.

I ordered the item expecting they would be consistent with their delivery date, unfortunately this was not the case and it didn’t arrive on time and I never got the package.

Ordered wrong sleeve which necessitated return. Return process is made a painful experience with delays and slow response time. Uncomfortable with ever ordering direct due to this initial experience.

I tried to contact you either by email or call but there is no one response me back. Did you know I bought my stuff but I haven't received it for almost 5 months

Didn’t not receive the package and I send them an email They told me to look around rest, neighbors I did, and I sent them an email again stating that I had checked around and they never replied back again

I saw this bag reviewed on Maurice Moves and decide to take a further look. I was a little hesitant until I saw that the bag comes in colors other than black. I ordered the two-tone model with a white upper and navy upper. I just come back from an international trip and the bag was great. It fit my passports and wallet safely in the backside compartment. In the middle compartment, I was able to easily store a notebook, pens and a sunglasses. In a pinch I could fit a small water bottle in there too. I used the front compartment for miscellaneous items such as hand sanitizer, Airpods, lip balm, etc. The fit\comfort\adjustability was very good as well. The bag held up very well and when I got a spot of ink on the white vinyl I was able to remove it with a little hand sanitizer. Its a nine out of 10. I would have liked a little bit more room for a water bottle but I did not want a bigger bag. As a plus my teenage daughter thought it looked pretty cool.

10/10. I bought the 7L Explorer-A54 Crossbody Sling for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it. It’s perfect for travel, or for running errands when you’re wearing athletic gear with no pockets. Material is great and durable and it’s just the right size. It fits an 11in iPad Pro and has great pockets to keep organized. Also, I received my ordered within 4 days, during hollidays.
They offer very fast shipping!

Giving it 4 stars due to the lack of communication. I had a hard time reaching customer service after a return was delivered to their warehouse and no refund was issued. They eventually refunded my money but I didn’t receive an email with direct communication regarding the delay. Other than that, everything was great.
