First of all our Service was 5 Star…

First of all our Service was 5 Star with Lena and all her suggestions were awesome. We had the Scallop sliders and the luscious rum can and amazing drinks. We will always ask for Lena and tell our large family and Friends to ask for the best! Lena

I am heartbroken | Shirts disintegrating!

I am heartbroken. I fear the quality has gone down. I STILL have my TB Camp shirts from years ago - all still good. But the two recent ones with patterns fell apart.
1) one has a pattern and the patterns have become holes.
2) the other one - also a pattern - I wore two times. Still looks perfectly pressed. ( I am a female and I buy large and wear then loose over another shirt as an outer wear. I took the shirt out of the closet and placed it on the bed. To my astonishment - BOTH sides under the arms were COMPLETELY DISINTEGRATED. Baffled -I looked at all my other silk shirts - no problem. And - no perspiration - as the shirt is worn loose and over another top. It was truly the strangest thing. What has happened with TB production!?

Brilliant customer service from Maddie

Brilliant customer service from Maddie at The Strand store. Helped source my beautiful linen short jacket from the nearby store at Bondi and contacted me, as promised. Excellent ambassador for the brand; very personable and knowledgeable about the stock

Bedroom set.. string along shipping

We were redoing our master bedroom, and so we thought it was time to replace our old furniture. I found a set on tommybahamafurniture.com. I was a little skeptical because there are some negative reviews.. but I love the color of the furniture and thought it would be a great addition for our renewed room . My credit card wouldn’t be charged for the furniture until the furniture shipped which made me feel better. I called the company and they said that my furniture set was in stock and it would ship in two weeks and that it would take another 3 to 5 weeks for the actual shipping to my home to occur. I purchased online and I did not hear anything while the two weeks came and went. I contacted the company after three weeks and I was told that one of the pieces in the set did not pass inspection, but they would expect it to ship the following week. I also received a follow up email which stated something similar, and that my furniture would ship in a few days. The following week and a few days, again, came and went without any updates. I purchased on January 26 and it is now March 4th. No further updates. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I responded to an email and requested to cancel the order due to the length of time and the continued pushing off of the order. I received an email the following morning with just a receipt with the order being canceled. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the issue.. just a receipt. I’m glad that they canceled the order but I really feel this is such bad business. We’ve ordered furniture before and I know that we have to wait. When customer service is not upfront with their processes and gives excuses or lies about the timing just to string someone along, it’s just very disappointing and unfortunate. I would never trust this company to buy furniture from. If the process takes 12 weeks, then tell the person it takes 12 weeks— but don’t lie and say all the pieces are in stock, and it will ship in 2 weeks… then make something up about how one of the pieces didn’t pass an inspection… the whole thing just sounds and feels as sketchy as these negative reviews.

Great customer service

I ordered a shirt online, the package arrived looking tampered with and containing a different item. I contacted customer service, they got right back to me, gave me a refund and reordered the shirt. Carissa was kind and cooperative on the phone. Thanks for great service.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Order on Nov 10th for Nov 15th delivery. Needed it for the 16th. Then they came back and said the 19th, I was ok, just a few days late. They came back again and said the 27th. Still have not received and I will probably not order from them again.

Excellent you will not be disappointed

I just ordered 2 dresses for my upcoming vacation.The quality is over the top amazing and I am in love with this brand and will continue to order from them!!! The fit, and quality of the material is exceptional 👌 I am so excited to show them off!

Bought my husband a camp shirt for our anniversary and he loves it! I made my 1st Tommy Bahama purchase in Hawaii - bought a bathing suit and a wrap and they are amazing.

I started buying these shirts several…

I started buying these shirts several years ago and I loved the way they fit and the feel of the material. Last several shirts I have ordered have developed holes throughout. I reached out to Tommy Bahama and they told me to send pictures through email. I sent some pictures and never heard back so I reached out again. I spoke to someone and he told me that they reviewed my case and the best they could do is send me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. If I am having quality issues this is the last thing I wanted to do. I ordered another shirt thinking it may be a bad batch. To my surprise within 2 washes they have the same holes in them. These shirts are not cheap. Even using their $50 off coupon it still ends up being close to $100. I called them up and the guy told me I could send the shirt back and they will give me a refund. Instead of trying to address the issue they avoid it. My first couple of shirts I ordered from them were great, but everything else has not. The guy didn’t seem to care how I felt. My $30 polo shirts have lasted me years.

I am very disappointed with Tommy Bahama

I love Tommy Bahama clothes. I have bought several items and they always fit well and look good. Their clothing is expensive but I always thought it was worth the price. However I recently bought a very pretty shirt from their linen collection. The minute I put it on I could tell the difference from other items I had purchased. I could tell this shirt was going to wrinkle, but I never thought it would be that bad. I wore it to a casino and by the end of the day it looked like I had taken it out of the bottom of a clothes hamper and put in on. It was a wrinkled mess! Luckily I had a jacket to cover it up. There is no way I can ever wear it again. I called customer service to let them know and they were less than sympathetic. They just said thank you for letting us know and that was it. I thought they would have at least offered me a discount off my next purchase or something. If I’m going to pay $118 for a shirt, I expect it to look good all day! I don’t know if I will buy anything else from Tommy Bahama again. I feel that they don’t stand by their products and lack customer service.

Terrible customer service at…SW Florida store

On May 30 I went to the TB store at Coconut Point Mall in Estero FL. I had a $50 discount coupon. I had terrible service. No one offered to help me. Multiple sales associates were standing around talking. I purchased something and returned if the next day. I wanted it in a different color. (I would have asked for the other color on the day I bought it if someone had bothered to help me.) The person at the register told me I could pay for it at the store and go pick it up in Naples FL store. No offer to order it and have it shipped to my home or for me to pick it up in the Estero store. I returned it and asked if I could have my $50 discount back. She told me no. That they could only "roll it over" once. When I questioned what that meant she said I would have to use it at that time right there at that store. That is ridiculous! The service was terrible on both days I shopped at the store. No one asked me if I needed help, etc. One salesperson stood there folding clothes while I struggled to reach something on a top rack. No offer to help. I had to walk into the fitting room area and stand there until someone offered me a fitting room. I am shocked at the level of poor service at that store. When I left I went to the J.Jill store nearby. They couldn't do enough for me. Such indifferent customer service. But taking away my $50 discount because I returned something is terrible business practice. BTW - the item I returned looked worn and reeked of perfume. Thanks a lot.

Love the style of their clothes.

Love the style of their clothes.
Have bought at least 50 items over the years, but the quality has gone downhill. And to make things worse they do not stand behind their products. After a year, two zippers broke on their $120 shorts, and recently after a few washings, the polo shirts developed holes… too much money to spend on inferior products. I am done with them!

I have been a loyal fan for ten years- BUT no longer

I have been a loyal fan for ten years, knowing that their products are over priced. But today when I tried to redeem a gift card for $50, my item did not meet their $100 limit. It cost $99.50. I see this as a rip off. I have just ordered a similar shirt on amazon for $47 and it will be delivered today. Tommy Bahama takes at least a week or more. So it is now time to switch from TB to amazon.

Self destructing shirts

I have had many dozens of their silk shirts over the years. The ones with attached designs have all separated from the shirt. These are $150 shirts & should not self destruct. I contacted TB Corp...they don't care. I love their shirts...however, will now boycott them.

Beware

Beware! It takes 1 month to get your money back from a return! That’s if they can find your return in your here distribution center in Washington! If you want a different size or color you must order again it will take another month! Not very consumer helpful!!!!! They don’t want the o return your money
