Bought two linen shirts, nice cut but poor quality, both basically rotted and fell apart within 9 months after regular wear. For the price paid, totally unacceptable.

Do not order off their website
Do not order off their website. Promised 2 day shipping. We are day 4 and still has not shipped according to their site. Tried to call, could not get an answer so I left my number as prompted to get into the cue. Never got a call back. Completed their form online, never got a response.
Not Worth The Money
I purchased a beautiful full zip jacket in December 2024; black with an animal imprint. I've not worn it that much - perhaps a dozen times to lunch/dinner (perhaps 3-4 hours) and washed it inside out maybe 3-4 times and use very little detergent for our black washes. It's a very handsome jacket and have received a couple compliments on how sharp it is. While preparing for a trip last month, I noticed the black had dulled. Contacted customer service who was very good in the consolable department. She offered me 15% discount on another item. Why, when a $50 gift card is sent out a couple times a year? That added insult to injury. The warranty doesn't cover past a year. I thought of donating it to Goodwill but decided instead to wear the heck out of it. It has Tommy Bahama printed in a bright gold below the collar. Women will see it, notice it's fading; and I'll explain to friends the reason I'm wearing it. For Tommy Bahama's prices that we pay, we should be receiving much, much, MUCH better quality products.
Very very disappointed in the…
Very very disappointed in the experience that I just had a Tommy Bahama women’s clothing store in Naples Florida. I showed them a pair of shorts purchased three years ago that I paid at least $80 for and now they are unwearable because there is bunching at the hemline at the bottom of the shorts. I assured them I followed the correct washing instructions to no avail. I feel as though a pair of shorts from a company like Tommy Bahama should give you more than three years of wear. I have similar shorts purchased from J.Crew, loft, and the gap and they all look absolutely fine. I would have hoped that they would’ve stood behind their product and offered me the same shorts without charging me for them. They did offer me a discount, but I did not think that that was appropriate. Especially at the price point of that store. Shame, shame on you, Tommy Bahama. I will never shop there again.
Cheap Chinese furniture with a elegant name
I purchased Tommy Bahama as I have a house down the shore near the water within five years. All the aluminum coaing came off. When I called customer service, they said they only have a two year warranty and there’s nothing they can do. I went to buy new furniture to find almost everyone’s warranty for Outdoor Furnature is 10 to 15 years. So there’s no real reason to buy Tommy Bahama furniture that is for coastal living which obviously is cheap Chinese aluminum. It’s not what you think it is and their customer service isn’t what you think it is
shopping at the Tommy bahama store…in Oaks, Oklahoma City
Went shopping at the Tommy bahama store in the Oaks in Oklahoma City. I was help by a lady named Beverly. She always helps me when I go in…..although I spend too much. What great customer service. Beverly suggested items for me to try on. I ended up spending nearly $1500.
IDENTITY THEFT
After reviewing my social security statement it appears that someone might have used my social security number to obtain employment at a Tommy Bahama business location.
Details about the identity theft:
Location: Tommy Bahamas 1071 AVENUE OF THE AMERICAS NEW YORK, NY
Money earned during employment for 2024: $96,556.00
Employee name unknown
This is the response I got when I emailed them to inform them of the issue. It seems as if they wish to protect the culprit.
Hi Mr. *******,
I was notified of your reach out regarding potential identity theft. I am so sorry you are going through that. Unfortunately we are unable to provide any information about any current or former employees due to confidentiality.
If you haven't done so already, I encourage you to reach out to your local authority's fraud unit for assistance.
All the best

Tommy Bahama dropped the ball big time…
Tommy Bahama dropped the ball big time when they stopped making the boracay Jeans for men. now they are selling jeans that are cheaply made and for more money.Sorry they will never see me or my friends anymore in any of their stores again.
Ordering the same item three times and…
Ordering the same item three times and still getting the wrong one is exhausting—especially from a big brand like Tommy Bahama where you expect the process to be smoother. And waiting 3+ weeks for a refund on something that expensive just adds insult to injury.
Put sale on effective Saturday morning…
Put sale on effective Saturday morning but don’t staff warehouse until Monday. Take the cash when ordered placed but 4 days later still haven’t shipped. When call customer service they just say sorry. Seems like cash grab by someone about to go bankrupt.
Deceptive business practices beware
It takes three months for Tommy Bahama to process a return. They do not share that information on their site or anytime during the purchasing process.
Don't Fall For It! Too Many Emails and NO DISCOUNT as Promised!
Signed up for "15% Off First Order" and when I finally received the code (after SO MANY marketing emails!) the code didn't work. I took the time to call and place the order instead. Of course, the item I was trying to buy was excluded. Even though the text I received with the code stated nothing about exclusions. Neither did the email. Only that the discount would apply to my "first order." Nope. Hard pass. I feel scammed. And bullied by all the emails. Go elsewhere!
Save your money from a failing vendor
Save your money from a failing vendor. Tommy Bahama was once a premier brand, but quality issues and poor customer service have reduced them to selling gift cards and $75 t-shirts - clear desperation. I'd doubt they last another year. I have purchased at least 30 shirts, but they seem to fall apart within a year or two. The last straw was a shirt that bled when it got wet. That's unacceptable for a luxury brand.
Tommy Bahama Award Voucher Worthless
Very Unhappy with Award Voucher, once you use it you can't exchange or return. So if your item does not fit etc, it is gone.
Stay away from this brand
Stay away from this brand. I sent $125 for a Disney shirt. Used it once, washes it per the instructions and by itself. The shirt shrunk ridiculously!!!!! From XL to M at best. Barely covers my stomach. They are not willing to make it right even after multiple attempts. Temu has better close than this.
Fast shipping and really nice colour
Fast shipping and really nice colour, design and materials. Made in Vietnam NOT cheap nasty china.
I don't understand what all the bad reviews are about? I find this brand luxury and beautiful. I was shocked at how good my dress was, it's a cotton and spandex blend and made so light like paper so in the heat it's like I'm wearing nothing. It doesn't wrinkle so I can take it on vacation and I'm hoping they follow through with the $50 gift card for purchases over $250 because I'll be waiting for it to buy more clothes. The dress isn't too short but it is big so I'm guessing it's the proper size large not how these fast fashion cheap crap brands say large and it's more like an extra small, another trade mark of china made junk. Not this brand!!
I'll go in person to the store next time as this size seems larger on me.
I have to start off saying I’ve been…
I have to start off by saying I’ve been going there for 30 years love the old spot the new spot I have to get used to They got rid of the bread, disappointed about that. The new bread is not as good and I have a suggestion the old spot you could probably turn that into a Marlin bar downstairs just a thought Tommy Bahamas,
Last night
Last night, I dined at Tommy Bahama and had an experience that was disappointing on several levels. Before being seated, I discreetly explained to the manager (Stacey) that I planned to use a couple of coupons and a gift certificate and asked that the server not mention this in front of my family. I stressed that I wanted to handle the payment privately.
Despite this request, the server (McKella) brought it up three separate times in front of all my guests. After the first incident, I reminded the manager, but nothing changed—the server proceeded to mention it again and again.
Additionally, the server repeatedly addressed my husband and me as “Babe,” rather than using appropriate terms such as “sir” or “ma’am.” This is a basic customer-service standard, especially at a restaurant of Tommy Bahama’s caliber.
We also encountered safety and quality issues. We ordered the seasonal dessert—bread pudding—which arrived in a hot skillet. No one advised us that the skillet was extremely hot, and I ended up burning my skin as a result. This morning I have blisters.
Finally, I ordered the lobster cappellini. The lobster was tough, overcooked, and completely lacking in flavor. My daughter tasted it as well and had the same reaction.
Overall, this visit fell far below the standards I expect from Tommy Bahama. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return anytime soon.

Bad experience with Tommy Bahama Online Outlet
I placed a $147 order with Tommy Bahama Online Outlet in August 2025. I received an order number and a tracking number. After a month, I checked the tracking and say that the order had been delivered. That was not true. Neither Tommy Bahama Online Outlet, not Zonivia, an associated business, or their freight company, HRM would offer assistance in find my package or refunding my money. In fact, the TB outlet disavowed any responsibility and the freight company answered neither my emails nor online form. No proof of delivery was provided. I was cheated. Don't let it happen to you.
New Designers Needed!
Tommy Bahama needs new designers, in my opinion. When an item is not broken, do NOT fix it. I have 30 pairs of the original Boracay pant; what an awesome pant to own! Now it has been replaced with the Boracay Island Chino, and you have said goodbye to me as a customer; they do not fit me properly. What a disaster this has created! the new pant looks like a work pant, cannot be dressed up, and extremely uncomfortable. Granted that I am not small with a 42-30 size, but I have no trouble with the originals. They are so tight at the knee that I have trouble walking. Feel free to change anything else, and I will definitely
have to find another store to frequent when I need a new item. This is really sad for me because the Tommy Bahama Store in Kierland, Scottsdale, has the best staff that I have ever met; they all know me there. This was brought on with a phone call from the store because of the special for 50% 0n the second pair. I had to state my opinion. I had tried them when they were first introduced.
