TNT unprofessional delivery company.....very bad customer service, unskilled, incompetent, ineffective.......... Waiting for a passport next day delivery for the last 4 days and still did not come.

poop service, thieves, lying for money.
I bought something from china, and TNT was chosen to do the delivery,
After they brought me the wrong kaka and alibaba has ended the dispute in favor of chines company TNT started to lie for money, sayind that I have to pay a tax wich theyr client had mandated them. TnT has forgeten that I was the main client and I payed TNT and the kaka chinese company. DO NOT USE THIS Thieves!

Had package delivered to one of their drop off points. Get e mail saying on way so waited and waited but nothing. Now maybe Monday!!!!!!!!

Took a day off waiting for a nxt day delivery. Sat in the garden waiting never turned up.
Saw on my status they called but I wasn't in (I was all day!)
Said they contacted me (they didn't!)
Now I have to wait 2 days before they redeliver.
No way to contact as they don't pick up the phone.
Absolutely disgusting!

I dont understand why does home office us their service. They failed to deliver my parcel for more than 3 times and it is still being held at their depot for one month now. The driver did not even try to press the door bell, they just assume on one in the apartment where I was home for the whole just waiting for that parcel!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast delivery, incredibly helpful employees.

There was a problem with locating my doorbell. Customer service contacted me and resolved the issue in less than one hour. Received my parcel one day prior to schedule. :)

The biggest joke I've ever seen, for 3 days it's been saying that your shipment will arive today before 6pm, avoid at all costs whether you are a business or a customer ordering something.

Should be zero stars! DO NOT USE. Hopeless, incompetent, clueless. Been waiting 4 days for a next day delivery and still no sign. They have no idea when it will come and give out deliberately misleading and inaccurate information. Avoid at all costs.

Totally let down , apparently they tried to deliver but didn’t, then the operator in customer service said they would come back today but didn’t what a shoddy out fit, don’t use them , they are liars .

I would think twice using this company. Its more than two weeks, parcel still nowhere to be seen.

Exceptionally poor service. 3 failed collections. Waited home all day. No apology or contact. Emailed customer and contacted via twitter too but they are inept.

My passport has been stolen by tnt employee. No doubt I’m going to have future problems with someone trying to defraud me and open stuff in my name the government should review this contract and pass it on to a decent reliable company that can guarantee security. We’ve got anothe problems in this country with immigration I guess some isis terrorist is using my passport now ffs

Appalling. Full of platitudes and excuses for not delivering… Covid19, customs, systems failure, warehouse difficulties, wrong address, etc etc etc.
FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

93 % is 1 star review says a lot ..!! But worse part is Home Office use their service to deliver documents! Was fighting with Home Office to get my document delivered again after TNT / FedEx delivered to wrong address with no signature or texting/ emailing me. It took 4.5 month for me to get my documents. TNT/FedEx service absolute mess. I can not understand why Home Office trust documents which contain sensitive personal information to such unreliable company?! I think 1 star review is tooo good for such a mess! Can express my frustration!

As others have reported TNT seem to be pretty unreliable and with my own experience with delivery times.
According to their online tracking supposedly would be delivered on 12th May up to 6 pm.
Was not delivered and not getting anymore information on website regarding my delivery.
So don’t know if it will or when it will turn up.

Awful company ! Haven't had my delivery or refund.
Sent numerous emails and rang multiple times.
DON'T USE THIS delivery company unfortunately I love ordering from the range but they use this company and I have failed me Multiple times
