I recently bought BMW 530e from TM UK
I recently bought BMW 530e from TM UK. They are very professional, efficient and polite. Staff helped me a lot in all the paperwork and they make sure everything will be smooth and accurate. They gave 12 months warranty. Highly recommended.
Decent These guys have 100’s of cars
These guys have 100’s of cars. They car wash , MOT ,service, sales , import ,quite a cottage industry. I knew the car I wanted and ended completing sale , with proviso any issues were sorted before money was exchanged. They were sorted but, communication, that is let customer know what happening with their car! Would have saved me a wasted trip on the day I was supposed to pick up the car!! In the main they were helpful , especially the girls in the office Sana,Zaynab,Anam who deal with everything! The sales team could learn from them. The sales guys were helpful and will do a deal, but once a sale is agreed , they move on to next sale so any niggles you want to sort out are on the back burner. On the whole pleased with service , The stuff on my car I wasn’t happy with was sorted though.I had to go back a couple of times, the cars are under warranty and unlike some dealers they actually sorted my issues and are happy to do the same
(hopefully not needed) in the future. In the end a used car is that a used car ! Not many are faultless I’m afraid.
My advice is tell them exactly how you want things, don’t pay balance until you’re completely happy. They are actually good guys and would use them again
Biggest mistake: lost £15,000 doing business with them.
I purchased a Lexus NX300h (17 reg.) from TM UK Trading in June 2022. The initial customer service was excellent— "as I was buying their product".
Mr Talha - The owner of business, assured me that the vehicle had been fully serviced and that all tires had been replaced.
However, shortly after the purchase, I discovered that the headlight was out of alignment due to the headlight aim being broken. This issue was never mentioned during the sale. When I reached out to Talha, who had promised me a 12 (+3 free) months "platinum" warranty, he redirected me to the warranty company instead of addressing the problem himself. Unfortunately, the warranty company informed me that this specific issue was not covered.
In March 2024, after driving only 8,500 miles in about 1 year and 9 months, I decided to sell the vehicle. I returned to TM UK Trading, where they provided me with a contract stating the expected sale amount. The dealer listed the car on their website, and I closely monitored the listing. I noticed that the asking price was only reduced by £500, even though Talha bluntly lied and claimed it had been reduced by £2,000.
Thankfully, the vehicle eventually sold, but my experience was far from over. Talha claimed that during the MOT, they found all four tires were "worn out" and needed replacement—despite the fact that I had driven only 8,500 miles since purchasing the car from them with newly replaced tires. Additionally, I was charged £400 for repairs, supposedly for fixing scratches that simply did not exist.
As if this wasn't enough, I was also charged a £600 selling fee, which was not mentioned during our initial discussions or in the contract/letter.
In the end, I suffered a total loss of £15,000 over a period of just 1 year and 9 months.
I would not recommend TM UK Trading to anyone. Stay cautious and consider your options carefully.
Unprofessional and bad customer service!
These guys do not deserve even a 1-star!
I had a lengthy conversation with Mr Tariq on Thursday evening (Birmingham branch) regarding a car I was very interested in buying. A viewing was arranged for a Friday morning. When we arrived at the dealership they told us the vehicle had been sold. We were also told that Mr Tariq thought we were interested in another car!
Unprofessional dealers and they show lack of respect for someone else's time!
Here is tip for you:
if a customer is interested in buying you should at least inform them of other interests especially if you have their contact details!!
To the future customers - buy and speak to reputable dealers only! I would stay away from this company think twice before contacting them!
