I had privileged rent my one bedroom house at slough through TLS.

I'm so blessed with last 3 wonderful years with TLS  Lettings agents (Nadia Wilmot )and landlords Debbie,Before we moved into our dream own house .

TLS Nadia Wilmot never treated us like a tenant when ever we need anything without any hassle or delay she responded immediately.

Standard of the house which given by TLS unbelievable its very hard to find a property with best management and kind people. 

Specially we blessed by landlord (Debbie & Chris) who so kind heart people so far I met .

We are highly recommend TLS (Nadia Wilmot) if your looking for best high standard houses around Slough.

Hello I am satisfied about this agency, in special about Francesca it is a good and nice person she resolve everything quickly

I had a viewing today and instead of trying to contact me and tell me the property was already gone. They called once, didn’t leave a message, didn’t text, and didn’t even bother to send me an email. One call all day that I missed

So I got a response saying that I was in the wrong for missing a phone call. I missed one phone call and every other person who has ever called me has been able to leave a message. Also must have misread my actual review as I am commenting on the fact that one phone call that was missed was apparently enough for this company to think they had done their job. Jsut because it is a landline does not mean it is a respectable number, I would expect atleast an email or another call to tell me the viewing had been cancelled. I rent a property and have opted for full management with TLS and have essentially left all repairs and small decisions to them. The important issue that has impressed me is how quickly they have responded to tenant issues and maintenance requests. Another important thing is Accountability – that’s what makes a good letting agent; from charging fair fees, to being transparent and acting in the best interests of the landlord.They have well trained staff who are friendly and approachable. I am very happy with TLS letting agents and they their service has kept me free of headaches .

TLS are really professional and have been really helpful in dealing with a apartment. They arranged for the electrical and gas checks. They found new tenants for us and organised checks on our new tenants seamlessly.
