I visited the jewelry bench in widnes to ask if they could fix my 5mm gold clasp on a sentinel necklace, the service was great, within 2 minutes they had fixed the clasp and i was delighted!

I can't speak highly enough of this lovely jewellers shop in Formby. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble, and no matter what you go in for, you are treated with the same respect and attention. Since I'm a 'difficult customer' (😊), they went to extraordinary lengths to locate a specific style of earrings.
Prior to this Liam collaborated with his dad to re-model my coveted emerald and diamond ring. The stones had been set in such a way that they fell out easily (I hadn't bought it from here), and I am delighted with the result.
During the very busy pre-Christmas period, I left my card holder on the counter in the shop. Liam, who manages the shop, brought it back to me at home in his lunch break. I value the service in this jewellers so much that I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else now. The staff are all genuinely nice people, and very, very helpful and accommodating. If you need any jewellery, or help/advice regarding a piece of jewellery you must go there! You won't be disappointed. Thankyou doesn't seem enough. You are all brilliant ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟✨️

I took a ring into “Hallmark Jewellers “ in Formby to be re-made after being let down by another jeweller. They have done a fantastic job. The ring they have made for me is stunning and they have put other stones in an old ring which also look amazing. The staff are always friendly, obliging and knowledgeable. They talked me through the process and listened to what I wanted. I would highly recommend this jewellers.

First time using jeweller’s bench for a repair on my wife’s wedding and engagement rings needed to be resized what a fantastic job they have done for her first class absolutely would recommend them to anyone not just for repairs but for any new jewellery as well they even send you a txt message when it’s ready if you have more than one item you receive a txt message for each item absolutely delighted thank you all so much

Recently purchased a ceramic watch from another company and took it into TJB to get some links taken out but they advised me with it being ceramic it's very delicate... didn't need the links taken out in the end however it did prompt me to give the watch a good look over and I found a crack in the face of the watch .... without there knowledge on the watch I would of never seen this crack so thank you very much for your service on providing me acurate information will defiently be coming back to you in future

I first heard about TJB Widnes and Hallmark Jewellers from a colleague who recommended them to me and spoke highly of their manager Liam's service and of the quality of their ring setting service.

Having already purchased a diamond, I asked Liam to create a bespoke engagement ring for my partner in only six weeks for a proposal I had planned. Liam quickly booked me in for a consultation to discuss my requirements and arranged for the ring to be designed in CAD within a couple of weeks. The images he provided gave me confidence in the design before the ring was cast. He used his relationship with the casting company to fast-track the job to ensure my deadline was met in good time. I was then kindly invited to watch the process of setting my diamond and the finishing of the ring. My (now) fiancé is delighted with her ring, saying it far exceeds her expectations of anything available off the shelf and she cherishes the uniqueness of her ring.

Despite the pressure of the tight deadline the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish thanks to Liam's excellent communication and his management of the whole process. I would highly recommend TJB Widnes and Hallmark Jewellers.

Excellent service and top quality work
They resized my battered gold wedding ring , cleaned and polished , it was better than when it was new.
Also soldered, polished and cleaned a gold bracelet, another top job.
Changed my watch batteries, while I waited. I am taking my new watch to get the strap fitted to size.
I will use them every time , not expensive and well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

I always go to the Jewellers Bench Widnes. The service is amazing, the work outstanding and the cost is so reasonable. Just had a new stone put in my eternity ring. I only had a small repair to some gold earrings but it was done perfectly.

After being a previous customer of this jeweller, I attended for advice and a quote to repair an issue with my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere in around 1998!) Only for the issue to be repaired there and then, quickly and at no cost! This went above and beyond in my view and I was very grateful

They did a great job on an item of jewellery, more than I expected and was wonderfully surprised at the end product (dog tag) highly recommend
