Great and secure experience

Great and secure experience!

I wish we could make offers to sellers however. When a show is starting in 30 minutes and there’s lots of tickets for sale, would be cool to offer a realistic amount for a quick sale!

First time user here

First time user here!!! was super impressed with navigating the site. Tixel kept in contact and guided through the process. Super quick sale as concert was 2 days away, sold within 5 mins of posting. Once connecting with buyer, payment was made within 3 business days!!!! Highly recommend site as a secure way of selling and or buying tickets.

Smooth digital exchange highly recommend

Such a great service and so easy to sell and buy tickets. Getting paid out was convenient and free and talking to buyers is pretty straightforward via their website.

The hardest part of selling the tickets is getting them off the ticket providers website or App. Tixel is great!

It was easy

It was easy
Set up an auto payment to purchase tickets.
It went through.

Actually, one thing was a bit confusing. I put in automated payment for 2 tickets and went onto a waiting list.
I got a notification that 1/2 of my tickets had been purchased, and this was about 2 minutes before my ‘minimum time before the event notification’

So I thought I only managed to get one, and the time before the event that I had selected had ran out.

So I put my name on the waiting list again for a single ticket.

Long story short, I ended up with three tickets and had to sell one. Which I did through tixel and it was super easy also.

But maybe a little more clarity with the notifications

A reliable trusted site in purchasing…

A reliable trusted site in purchasing Giveon tickets for my son. Details of seller’s tickets were simple n helpful. The pricing are transparent which is great for options of budget. Leading up to the event the notifications alert were great reminders as well.
