My ticket was never visible
For 2 days i was trying to sell a ticket and it was saying its active but was never visible.I contacted the live chat ,they got back to me that they'll look into it but nothing ,the ticket never got sold because it was never visible and the price i had it was $10 cheaper than the final release ticket,so it would of sold easy

For new events on Tixel, listings need to go through a quick review to make sure all ticket details are accurate before they can go live. When tickets are listed within a short window before the event (like in this case), timing can get quite tight during busy periods.

I thought the support was good. Unfortunately, I received the message about downloading my tickets far too late, as I’d already looked for them myself the day before and found them available for download. That’s why I’m deducting one star.

Quick and easy. Got most of my ticket price back. Easy to upload but initial emails went into my Spam folder so didn't think it was working correctly.
Once this was sorted the process was pretty straight forward.

Excellent concert ticket reselling service
Due to a family emergency my wife and I were unable to attend a concert we had brought tickets for.
We were unsure about how to on-sell our tickets through a legitimate site but a quick search identified Tixel as the best service to do this.
From the outset we had every confidence in our decision to use Tixel. The website was easy to navigate, the communication excellent and the result stunning.
Having registered as a seller we had sold our tickets within 2 minutes of posting them to the site. Communication directly with the buyers through the site gave both parties confidence in the process and peace of mind.
