I can see some people have had problems, but our experience was good. We arrived and were immediately assisted, we parked the car, gave the keys and were taking to the airport by ford transit bus. There was no paperwork taken with regard to vehicle condition etc so we took a video of all round the car before we left. We were given a number to call when we returned.
On our return we called the number and it was timed so that the bus was waiting for us when we reached the pickup location, we reached the car park, keys were returned, no paperwork again. We drove off, no problems. Can't fault it.
Three points to note;
The car park is not paved, it's not in great condition but it does look secure with fencing all around.
I was asked to pay £14 extra for the bus to the terminal. The contract small print states that this is to cover the cost of entering the airport drop off zone, so fair enough, although we shared the ride with others who presumably had also paid this extra fee so someone made a profit there.....Should just roll it up in the up front fee in my opinion.
One thing to be aware of, on returning, it took a long time to get a lift up to level 5 from the arrivals level to meet the bus. So don't dawdle as the driver only has 10 mins in the pick up zone....
This is a cheap option, you get what you pay for, We didn't have any problems so I give it 5 stars.

We parked our car, and told to pay £14 for airport charges, but there 3 other people there, so how can they justify charging everyone on the same trip. We we returned, we are asked to wait at the departure drop off , out in the cold after nearly an hour, they turned up. Picked up our car, the mileage on my car was another 15 miles? I questioned, and they said, they have another site up the road where they parked my, I didn’t believe them. I would not recommend this Tidy park and ride to anyone

We used this service on 31st December and were away for 3weeks.For us we had a friendly and decent service.
We booked on Compare your parking and were informed on paperwork received about the additional £14 pick up and drop off fee.
We also were aware that the location of the parking was in a Ulez area subject to a £12:50 fee for driving certain cars into this area as are many car parks around Heathrow.
We arrived at 5am.We phoned from the gate which was duly opened and we handed over our keys and we're driven in a mini bus which we shared with other customers instraight to the airport.
On return at around 11pm we phoned through once through baggage collection and were picked up in about 30 mins.Very friendly service and the car was ready straight away
Thank you!

I wouldn’t use this company again. I booked without reading the Trustpilot reviews because on Compare Your Parking they had a 4.9 rating, which made me believe this would be a good choice. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very bad decision.
After booking, I received an email informing me of an additional £6 charge per booking each way for airport drop-off. This information was hidden before booking. On top of that, the car park is located in the ULEZ zone, meaning you must also pay an extra £12.50.
To make matters worse, once we were already sitting in the minibus that was meant to take us to the airport, we were told we had to pay an additional £14 drop-off charge. None of these costs were clearly disclosed upfront.
When we returned to collect our car, we found that one of the windows had been left open. We don’t know for how long, but during our time away there was very heavy rain, and the entire passenger side of the car was soaked.
This was misleading, stressful, and careless. I strongly recommend avoiding this parking company.

Used this company Jan 19th and 31st 2026. Great company with highly competitive pricing. Took me on time, picked me up on time. Staff helpful and courteous. No problems with communication. Car ready for me on return. Big shout out to Oneil who was just lovely both times. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.

I wouldn’t use these again. I’m not really sure they have done any of the required work to be involved with parking at Heathrow.
Upon getting in the minibus I was immediately asked for £14 to cover drop off charges each way. I don’t know how this works if there’s more than one customer, but this was not advertised on the service when booking.
Upon return, I called and they said they would be 20 mins. 50 mins later they arrived, then without any communication they drove us to T3 to pick someone else up and collect a car. It was almost 90mins from calling them to receiving our car. This is way too long, not the advertised 8 mins plus buses running every 15 mins, making a total of 23 mins. Nope, about 4 times that maximum length.
I must admit, I booked without reading reviews, but I should have heeded the warnings.
They have no agreement with Heathrow, and actually pick you up at departures. Also, the terms and conditions suggest that they are not responsible for any damage to your car even if they caused it! And also that they can take your car to another place up to 50!!!! Miles away!
Luckily, my car wasn’t damaged, and hadn’t moved from the car park it was left at, but terms and conditions like this show how they would wriggle out of any liability, so how is this a safe and secure place to park your car?
Anyway, it did the job, but it wasn’t convenient, and it wasn’t particularly safe. I think it would probably be safer to just leave it on the roadside near the car park and call an Uber. Probably cheaper too.

Excellent friendly service with prompt drop off & pick up with good communication
Even went back for us after we had been dropped off as we realised we had left a hearing aid charging unit in our car. Would definitely recommend
Having read the reviews, my partner and I were a bit nervous to use this parking (but it was too close to our holiday to find an alternative).
All went well on drop off, we chose self parking so parked up and got in the “shuttle” (it’s an old van) and taken to the airport.
On return 2 weeks later we were picked up promptly, and the driver was very funny and friendly.
This is where the good ended. We got back to the small piece of land that they call secure parking and found our car blocked in. We then watched for an hour or so as the people who work at tidy parking searched for the keys of the car blocking us in, couldn’t find them, so instead tried to use any other Ford key they could find to unlock the car.
After that was unsuccessful, we were finally spoken to by someone and they explained that the person must have taken their keys by mistake. I asked what their plan was, and they explained that they would get a forklift from across the road to come and lift the car, and to make us feel better asked if we would like a cup of tea (I promise you this is true)
Another half hour goes by and over comes the forklift/forklift driver. The person driving the forklift then lifted the car that was blocking us in, in such a dodgy way which of course set the car alarm off. All I’ll say is, if you left your white ford there somewhere around 20th November 2025, came back to it having been moved, likely damaged underneath, and with a flat battery then at least you know why!
We won’t be using this service again, please don’t ignore the reviews everyone, it was a bizarre experience and I am just hugely thankful we parked against the fence and took our keys with us!

customer service tantamount to theft.
had to cancel booking 4 months in advance due to death in travelling party.
Ridiculous £35 cancellation charge notwithstanding, I am still awaiting the remainder of my money, some £35+.
Strangely asking for bank details instead of simply reimbursing the card used to make the booking.
Numerous further emails asking for refund no reply.

No stars would be better! Terrible service took hours to bring my car back and then tried to leave it with me without declaring the damage to it! Eventually got a call to say it was their fault and they would pay the cost of repair but they turned down every quote I got. I eventually agreed to let them repair it while I flew out of Heathrow again and have messages and email confirmation of this. When they brought the car back they hadn’t even attempted to repair it and now ignore my messages and letters! Don’t touch them! I waited to let them rectify it before writing a review but now 9 months later my car is still not repaired!
Great value for money. Easy to find and great service.

Returned to find the windscreen wiper was snapped off and just left on the roof of the car. We raised it with someone onsite who was frankly rude and unhelpful.
We have since followed up with the company who said that they won't compensate for 'cosmetic damage' which this is not - it is a safety hazard and a MOT fail. Awful customer service.
The pickup was also terrible, the car was overfilled with them attempting to cram in everyone's bagage.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Drop-off and transport were fine, unfortunately that’s the only positive.
I left my car with Tidy Parking for three weeks and collected it on Sunday to find the right-hand windscreen wiper blade snapped off and left on top of the car. This damage was not present when I handed the car over. It’s obvious someone tried to operate the wipers during icy weather and broke it.
I was promised multiple call-backs from management (Tariq) that never happened. After chasing repeatedly, only after a third attempt did I eventually speak to Hassain. I was finally told they don’t cover “cosmetic damage” unless the car was in an accident... meaning they admit damage occurred while the car was in their care but refuse to take responsibility.
A broken windscreen wiper is not cosmetic, it is a safety-critical component. Tidy Parking’s position is effectively that they can damage your vehicle and simply hide behind their terms and conditions to avoid accountability.

They can damage your vehicle within their T&C’s.
If you want your car returned in the condition you left it without scratch's.
Use another parking company.

ITS A SCAM! Do not leave your car here. It wont be safe. When I got there it was an open lot with no one there everytime I phoned to see where the shuttle was to pick me up he kept saying 2 minutes but it took about 45mins. Anyone could walk in there and steal your car. They "lost" my key and refuse to pay anything toward it. To top it all off I got back to my car and the battery was completely dead. So when i read other reviews it looks like people have said similar things as if someone was sleeping in their cars. AVOID
