A world where attending events is seamless and ethical. Tickets, food, merchandise. All available in one place from a safe, fair and social company. People get the best user experience; event organisers generate more revenue, reduce costs and improve fan loyalty. And the whole time, we'll be generating local social impact together.

Never paid us our charity donations. Absolute scam artists. Almost 8 months chasing. Avoid.
I hosted an event using ticketpass. For whatever reason I didn't get notified when a ticket was sold so I had to go to the website to check how my sales were every so often. Not very useful or efficient service. I emailed regarding this issue twice and no one came back to me. Wouldn't use it again.

bought 2 tickets off here for a charity football match and i’ve been trying to get a hold of them to refund my tickets as i can no longer attend but after messaging and emailing them multiple times i got no answer despite their emails stating “if you need any help or have any questions, you can reply directly to this email” waste of time and money

Useless company, trying to buy Worthing FC tickets and the website crashes as soon as they go on sale !

We are a school charity who used this platform for ticketing to our Winter Fair. When the payout came, the statement shows they withheld 25% of the proceeds whilst none of their plans indicate anywhere near this level of fees. It has been 3 days since we complained and there's no response. They market themselves as charitable but I'm afraid it feels quite the opposite. Look elsewhere for a ticketing provider.

My son purchased 2 football tickets but never received an email confirmation of purchase or tickets total £28.
The only way to contact them is to email.
I emailed asking for a refund as by the evening before we had to purchase them again elsewhere.
Weeks on… on reply & no refund.
Wouldn’t recommend this company as now out of pocket by £28 & caused a lot of stress the evening before as they were for grandparents.

Beware of this company. I booked a music event in Leeds . It was advertised as a music conference for 16-20 years old wishing to go onto the music industry. I book mes and paid through ticket pass on the day of the event m. The money was taken instantly. When we got to the venue, it was closed. Tried to contact ticket pass but no answers and later on got an answering machine in an American accent. No email available.

I recently contacted TicketPass because I was worried my festival was approaching and I hadn’t paid the final amount for my ticket. I contacted customer service (because I was basically worrying over nothing) and they notified me that my final payment had just gone through and that everything was okay. The person I spoke to was absolutely lovely and couldn’t be more helpful!
I would put 0 stars if possible. Awful service! They didn’t give me the option to resell my ticket for a concert I couldn’t attend. I tried to contact them again and again and never got back to me. A complete disappointment and my money down the drain.
