Yes, that's suffice. When you arrive to the event, the event organiser will be able to find you using your booking reference.

You also don't need to print your tickets (QR codes) you have the option to add them to your Apple and Google wallet or you can you can access them as PDF on your phone.

The password allows you to have all your active (and past) tickets in one place.

No notification of membership number…

No notification of membership number change after receipt of numbers by email. Total confusion ensued. Annoyed at having to pay extra £5 each for two cards.
