Very Disappointed w/Customer Service
I placed an order on December 26 and only received part of my order. The tracking I was provided for the other part of my order shows that USPS has been waiting for the item to ship. I’ve spent several weeks attempting to get a hold of someone in customer service with no success. I was able to find a phone number, attempted to call and it’s the same message every time; they’re experiencing high call volume so I left a message. Not sure how I can go about getting my money back or the actual product that I ordered shipped to me, but this is the first and last time that I will order from Madhappy.
