Couldn’t rate the company higher enough! We haven’t fitted the panels yet but so far the customer service has been outstanding! I was a bit unknown on what to order and having ordered multiple samples from a selection of sites these were by far the best for quality, cost and colour! It did come down to the colour on why we originally ordered but Beth and and Dan have been wonderful helping me source the items fast and with little fuss! Can’t wait to get them fitted now!

Excellent service and extremely prompt delivery of excellent accoustic panels. I needed 3m lengths which this company has and all three sides of the slat are covered unlike other companies who only cover the face of the slat. Good quality and value for money. Highly recommend this company, thank you.

I have recently purchased a similar product from B&Q I would say the product at the Wall Exchange is better with thicker felt backing and more products to choose from, will definitely return. Would have given a lower score but the prices were really competitive when I shopped around. Ordered 6 fluted wall panels, arrived on time with minimal damage, but 2 of the boards were a different thickness than the other 4, the boards were clearly cut from 3 different sheets and type of MDF, and the 4 thinner ones were extremely warped, ive attempted to unwarp by leaving flat under pressure overnight and used a full pack of pin nails to try get them to lay flat during installation. Hopefully once fillered and sanded it won't be noticeable.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff with the offer of a drink whilst in their Hull showroom (nice touch). Great quality product, far superior to what was in a large DIY store. Prompt delivery. Thankyou!

Ordered some samples as I have done from other companies selling acoustic panels too. These were the best quality and excellent value of the lot. The beige felt is just what we were looking for. Will be ordering to complete a media wall. The follow up and offer to help with selection was a nice personal touch as well.

I've purchased acoustic slatwall panels a couple of times from The Wall Exchange. Both times I've been extremely happy with the service and quality of the panels. I will continue to use them.
