After booking on here and downloading the app giving myself plenty of time to revise. I failed my 1st by a matter of a few points. I used the app to do all my revision the practise test on the app and passed 10 of them. I’ve been trying to rebook my test now for 8 ish weeks with no avail. Get the same email off a Sophie Harper blowing me off. Do not use this site it’s a hack. Only us Gov.

All the reviews are right - it is a scam! Tried to rebook & no response. Even the DVSA acknowledged that this website has a lot of issues!

Booked a test failed it gone to rebook heard nothing back put many a tickets get no reply total joke dont bother with this company a total scam keep well away lesson learnt however authorities should get informed and shut down even there mock test are not complete so cant answer all questions anyway

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, I'VE TRIED TO RE-BOOK MY DAUGHTERS THEORY TEST 3 TIMES THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL ANYONE AND THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO MY BOOKINGS OR EMAILS, I'VE EVEN SENT A COMPLAINT EMAIL, WHICH THEY SAY THEY WILL RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS IN 2 DAYS BUT STILL NO REPLY.!!
THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE MY £45.00 FOR UNLIMITED THEORY TESTS BUT IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE TO RE BOOK. VERY UNHAPPY AND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!

This is a scam. They say unlimited retests but in small print it states only 3 retests. To claim a retest you need to have passed 10 of their trial tests but they include questions like 'what is this sign' but provide no picture of the sign so it is virtually impossible to pass 10 tests. my advice is to book only direct with gov uk

TheTheoryTest.co.uk is a joke , i haven't heard back from them after 96 Hours even though it says 72 hours.

Ive tried to email them and still no answer back, no telephone number to contact them, this place as no customer service to help.

This place has also been secured by google showings its a genuine website when really these are cons taking peoples money!!!.

DONT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!

Not only did I have to wait over a week longer than I initially wanted my test, (while knowing full well there were tests available on my chosen test as I checked on Gov.uk) ,which in itself isn't a major issue ,IF being the only issue. I have messaged numerous times about rebooking with initial request being over a week ago!! There is no contact number to call to assist , which frankly I think is ridiculous!! Half of my test results wernt even showing up on my practice test results list and on top of that the practice tests in themselves do not have any pictures of signs showing on the 'What does this sign mean?' questions.

I am so disappointed with the service I have received. I booked through TheTheoryTest.co.uk because of the unlimited offer (I've never been good at tests) . But they don't seem to be keeping up their end of the deal. All they seem to be doing is delaying me from being able to get my test done , resulting in delaying me being able to get my practical booked in and finishing my intensive course so I can get on the road.

I have passed 20+ of the practice tests.All I asked was a simple request of having a retest booked in? And if they couldnt get that done, to refund my money so I could do it myself through official gov website. I have had no response from them. Beware using this company

This company is a joke, never even took the test and I’ve tried contacting them and no response total rip off. DO NOT use this company. Lindsey Bradbury

booked a test with them for the saftey of if i failed i could take it again with out more upfront costs, was happy to pay the £45 to cover this as i have had friends it has taken up 9 times. they did not use this company. i booked and they emailed me my time and date and i failed (1 question 42-50 doh)
did the online rebook 3 times, contacted by email twice and used there online message service 3 times. no contact since they have run off with the money.. this is a scam and needs to be removed from google. i followed all there steps and tests but with no telephone number you cannot contact them.

Total crooks. Don't give them your money.

They have not respond to my messages and there seems to be no way to contact them by phone

keep well away from this company they have taken payment and did not book test.
