Misleading and out to dupe young people into booking at a highly inflated price with no guarantee of a test booking.

Booked a theory test for my daughter, they wrote to me to say the date I wanted was too far away. They never sent my money back & haven’t answered any of the letters I’ve sent them asking for my refund. DO NOT USE...!!!!

cant get to book a re-test. no phone number. email and they open a ticket, you explain and they shut the ticket. rip off. waste of time paying the extra stick with the government web site. no-one will discuss our situation and explain.

My son used this site to book his theory test, young and naive, it was the first site that came up in his search. Arrived at the test centre and they had no record of his booking. Tried to contact the company, cannot email and no phone number available. Fortunately we paid using our credit card. Under consumer credit rules, you cannot owe money for a service that you haven't received. They have refunded me and are disputing it on my behalf. What a scam.

Absolutely disgraceful... I’ve contacted trading standards and I’m in the process of reporting this scum bag to google.

So basically for some reason I typed in to book my theory and this site came up first, to be honest it’s partly my own fault I work in the NHS and I have limited time left on my break to do it so I quickly payed and then realised wow £56 is a lot of money to be spending on your theory, so I had a look at what I’d payed for and took one look at the questions and realised wow these are not like the questions I’ve been learning with so I typed in the reviews of this website! Wow let’s just say if you’re looking to learn your theory... USE THE APP! It’s £5 and you learn the PROPER questions. I had already done this so I didn’t need the learning side of this awful website...
Anyway I ask for a refund and I get my £23 back but they are retaining the £33 FOR FILLING OUT MY THEORY BOOKING. Yes they think I’m made of money and that I can afford to just give my HARD EARNED MONEY away like that...

They have decided to retain MY money for that. I told them take £10 pounds for the pick 10 mins they spent typing in my details for my theory. Which now I’m absolutely terrified of them having my information because god knows what scum bag is behind the screen.

Let me just say. People like this will recieve bad karma, they always get what’s coming to them in the end I truly believe that.

Scam scam scam - top of google search and I was in a rush to book, sadly realised it is £22 dearer to book on this site. Worst bit is there seems to be no method of contact for them.

they charge me £45.99 and i wasnt aware of it and when i checked my statment it showed this amount. it should have been £23 for a theory teat. now that i want to contact them their email is is not working neither a phone number. please be carefull dont book through them

ITS FRAUD

had my test on the 29/12/2018 failed needed 5 more to pass came home to try and re-book couldn't re-book said i had to do 10 tests on their website wasn't told this before booking the test or in the email after paying £45 cant contact them but will be ring my bank to see how far i can take this scamming people make me sick !!!! people need to share all of this to let people know about this !!! iv read the book done this disc and app for 2 months every day i wont let this go i will be sharing this and telling people about this place !!!

SCAM COMPANY - they take your money but DO NOT honour any rebooking tests. I have repeatedly asked for this and they have now blocked me from contacting them. They are nothing but THIEVES!! Trading Standards need to shut this company down and prosecute the directors for mis-selling and FRAUD !!!

Also they can use you information (driving license number) and book any other tests through DVLA and charge you and also can cancel it and receive refunds and of course keep it to themselves !

They are fraud, please do not use them. As they are misleading people’s for £45 unlimited test. Basically they Book only one test for you. After they dn’t reply and book your test. So you will be paying £45 for test instead of £23. Beware of this kind of scam website. I would like to request if any authority to take step against this type of website who are misleading people’s. I tried to contact them for last 9 days they are not replying and they do not have any contact no. Please please do not use this website at all thanks

I took my Theory test with this company and failed. I paid £39 + £6 admin charge for multiple retest. When I tried to re book I did not hear from them. I sent an email and their reply was, I did not pass the Theory Practice before taking the test. I studied the materials that was given and beyond. They're taking peoples money and lying to them!
Big mistake, I made with these people!
Go to the Governments website and book with them.

My daughter booked her theory test with this company....couldn't go the date she was given so they said we'd get a refund.....which we are still waiting for. I so wish we'd read the reviews before she booked it. She used Google and it was the first website to come up. Not sure how they're still on the go. Has anyone thought about contacting Watchdog?

Update.....I got a refund!!!!

Awful company fraudsters, paid £45 for my daughter to have unlimited test, she failed the first one and the theory test.co.uk ignored all attempts to book a re test - disgrace!!

Beware Scam!!

This company comes up as the first paid result in google and so led our 17 year old lad into thinking they were the legitimate way to book a theory test.
First of all it cost double what booking direct costs, next they don't book the test on the day or time chosen meaning that our lad ended up going down to the test centre on the day he thought he was booked in to be turned away. Finally they promise unlimited re-tests but after failing his first test our lad tried to contact them to rebook and has been met with silence. They don't have any direct means of communication either so good luck trying to resolve any of this if you should be unfortunate enough to ignore all the bad reviews.

So angry. I was fooled by this website being at the top and you can't even choose your date of test. Not only that I've not actually been booked onto anything!!! They have just scammed me of 45 pounds !!!!

Awful scam - preying on vulnerable 17 year olds - do not touch this company - no telephone number - no address - no response from the email - if you can find it in the small print. DVLA should ban them.

Please avoid using this website and go through the government site. I failed my theory and was told I could book another through the site as I'd paid £45!!! But somewhere in their T&Cs it says you must pass their mock test at least ten times to be granted the second test. So now they won't book my theory back in. Absolute scam!!!!!!!!
