I went on the website and booked my theory as it had lots of 5 star reviews, this is not the case they're not 5 stars at all it's a scam. They say you'll get confirmation in 3 working days and you don't. There's no contact number on the website either so you can't call them directly and you're with no choice but to leave messages witch are never answered. I can't believe when you search in Google about your theory this website is recommended at the top. The website looks and feels legit but it isn't. It has to be taken down... I thought my theory was on Friday and its not and this has affected the date of my lessons as I doubt I'll get my theory test anytime within the next 2 weeks, I have some time off work, now when I pass my theory I'll probably be back working with limited time to do my lessons. I am delayed of driving by weeks!!!

Turned up at the test centre and they had not made the payment to the centre despite my confirmation email meaning i was unable to take my test, I had taken a day off work to do it so this was a massive waste of time. USELESS SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT USE!!!

Rubbish. Don't bother book through dvla . They will send you a email saying you have put wrong details in . Then you won't hear from them again.... I will contact everyone I can think of to get this bogus company out of business scamming people of there hard earned money!!! Yes this person as already been fined 85 thousand pounds for ripping people of!!! Not happy at all.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY, I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS FOR A RETEST, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY EMAILS AND THERE IS NOT CONTACT NUMBER. THEY ARE NOT HONOURING THEIR SERVICE. I SHALL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS - PLEASE AVOID.

Avoid this company whatever you do!!! - 1 star is not low enough - I paid the £45 for my daughters theory test, they did not provide me with my preferred date, although it was to bad it was for 1 week later than i wanted. So far so good, however my daughter failed her first test by 1 point - I therefore re-booked her test for the next available date after uploading her test results. After receiving no confirmation after a couple of days I message the company using the 'ticket' system however I am still awaiting a response. I took my daughter for her test this morning at 0800 however surprise surprise - she wasn't booked in. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY - GO DIRECT TO THE GOV.UK WEBSITE WHICH I HAVE JUST DONE AND BOOKED YET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT

Being from Canada, I wasn't versed in the ways of the DVLA, so when I did a search for booking my theory test, I naturally gravitated to Google's first link. What a mistake. Being unaware that the test only costs 23 pounds, I naively paid 45 assuming that was the norm. Having been a driver for 15 years previously, I didn't require the free retest safety net, and in hindsight, at 45 pounds, you could afford to sit the test twice for virtually the same amount! My preferred date wasn't given to me, which I understand, but the date that they gave me (a month later) was extremely inconvenient, so I attempted to change the date. The company was radio silent from thereon out. Any attempt I made to confirm my test date failed, so I showed up on the day that was officially given to me, only to find out that my test date had indeed been changed, and had already passed. after attempting to tap into their customer service, I received no sympathy and a referral to the "terms and conditions". To add insult to injury, it took them two weeks to send this utterly useless and robotic reply to my genuine problem. It was only then that I stumbled upon these reviews of very similar experiences, so let me reiterate - THEY ARE A SCAM!

They are scams. £45 unlimited theory test i thought its cool.when i booked through their webside they booked me different place then i wanted little far its ok.i failed my test first time and try to book again asking another £45 ???i tried to contact them no direct contact number and nobody online. Send my message by online and no response at all.so pls avoid them

Do not use this company. They take your money and do not respond to any messages for the free resits. What a total waste of £45. Should be shut down and taken off Google search. Very disappointed that I was taken in. Beware - they come up in first search when you type 'theory test' into google. DO NOT use them. Book via DVLA official site.

Please don’t use this Scam company!!!!! I have sent numerous requests for information and got nothing back. Initially they said the details that I had provided were incorrect, presumably to waste time. The date I selected for the theory test has passed but I’m going to hound them. I’ve booked on the DVLA website now. I’ve wasted my valuable time and money. How can they be stopped from trading?

I wish I had read these reviews before paying £45 for unlimited theory tests for my son. We booked our ideal date and time. The booking came back from these cowboys nearly 2 weeks later than our request. Obviously, we'd already paid at this point. The date wasn't convenient, so went to cancel and re-book. The system will only let me re-book if I pay again. Errrr, I've already paid £45 and not had one test yet!!!!! I've sent numerous messages, tickets etc to them, but they NEVER respond. No phone number!!!! It is absolutely impossible to get a response!!! I am very angry and will be taking this further. They should not be allowed to trade. They're literally doing a runner with peoples money!!!!

My son lost my provisional license before the test.
We have been trying to re-book another theory test through this website but not received any response.
This website have no contact details for support.
Trading standards will be hearing about this.
A total waste of time and money!

I wish I had come here before purchasing from this company. They took my money stated I had given wrong details yet when resent no conformation email cannot rebook as they claim I am a no show, trying to write a ticket and I cannot type any letters on the mandatory field as it just wont let me type don't use them the'll just take your money and run

Booked theory for my son he failed and has been trying to get in touch for 2 weeks about re booking have had no reply wot a joke paid nearly £60 pounds for this wot a scam 😣

It's really bad. They say they are gonna give you unlimited test but when you ask they give so many reasons and after 1 time they dont reply you. When you want to give a review in their site they dont approve it so that no one can read the review.

Wont recommend it to anyone seriously.

This is a scam, this website charges double for one theory test when the official government website is gov.uk and only charges £23. There are no guarantees that they will rebook the test again if you fail and there is no reason you should have to pay for this extortionate fee. F***ing fuming that this has happened, has delayed my whole process of passing my test as a learner. Do not take your theory with these guys, end of.

Awful.
Do not book with them. No number to contact them. They booked me in and my name wasn't down. After several emails, they got back to me saying that they'd booked me for a date before the one I received confirmation for and that they couldn't rebook me as I didn't follow the T&C which state that you are supposed to do 10 of their practice tests before you go for the real thing. They do not say that in their website or advertisement.
I guess that's how they make their money; by charging you double the price on the government site and then not rebooting you another test.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAM. They do not respond to any messages, quick to take your money. They book your first test but that's it. Very Unhelpful!

DO NOT BOOK YOUR THEORY TEST THROUGH THIS WEBSITE!! Absolute scam and I am so shocked that it is still running. I am disappointed that I did not read their reviews before booking. It was after I booked it that all my friends and colleagues said that you should ALWAYS book through the dvla government website. I have been trying to get in touch with 'thetheorytest' all week to reschedule my test and I have not gotten one reply. They also don't provide a telephone number which is extremely suspicious. I paid £45 pounds for this and when you book through the government website its only £23. I hope that people become more aware of how terrible this business is and that no one has to be in the same position as we all are as it is extremely stressful trying to get in contact and getting NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! I also have my doubts whether this is a legit business. I used to live in Manchester and the area were they say their 'business' is located is a student living area. Also, any positive comments on this, not that there are many, are definitely from friends of the people working here because every single negative review I have read could not be any more accurate.
