This company is awful
This company is awful. They don't communicate. They use automated responses for emails and make it incredibly difficult to get a reply from an actual human.
Ordered some records from them a few weeks ago and they havnt even shipped. I try contacting them only to receive an auto response saying my records will be shipped on the 5th (It's now the 10th).
They also told me they can't refund me and cancel my order and that is have to send the items back if I wanted a refund. THEY HAVNT EVEN SHIPPED YET SO HOW CAN YOU NOT CANCEL IT?!
Pure scumbags.
Id rate them zero stars if I could.

Overwhelmingly disappointing experience for my first order with this company.
I purchased a signed book and found myself having to chase for updates as my order sat untouched for two weeks without ever moving to dispatch. Every time I reached out, I received the same copy-and-paste “it’s processing” response, with no genuine update or clarity on when I could actually expect my order, despite clearly explaining that this was time-sensitive because it’s a gift I need to take overseas.
To make things worse, on the 9th of December I was suddenly told my dispatch date was the 4th, which makes it painfully obvious that the system is automated and nobody is actually assisting or looking into customer queries. It feels like smoke and mirrors rather than real customer service.
I have requested a cancellation multiple times and have not received a single response regarding my refund. Because of this complete lack of communication, I have now filed a chargeback with my bank and ordered the item elsewhere.
I strongly encourage people to look elsewhere and not shop with this company.

Order is two weeks late and counting
I ordered a preorder lp which was released two weeks ago, it still hasn’t been posted and I haven’t had any update. I have contacted the main store twice and the shopify store account once and only received one automated email. I don’t think I’ll be using this company again.

Wont be using again.
Whilst the appear to have a great selection having stock and delivering your vinyl's is another thing. I have been waiting almost a month for delivery and after multiple emails all they say is that my order is being processed. No delivery timescales, no explanation as to why it is delayed and no offer of a refund to allow me to order elsewhere. They fall under a larger paramount group of suppliers so do your homework and order from somewhere that can actually supply on time.

Didn’t even want to rate as 1 star the service i have received has been the worse of any company i have ever bought from. Taken my money and have not sent my items after 20 plus emails all i get told is that my items will be shipped on the original date but that was a long time ago. So it just an automated email. At this point with no customer service available I believe my money has gone so just be careful.

I attempted to make my purchase on the evening of 2nd December, clearly within the advertised promotion period of Black Friday (“offer ends 3rd December”). The website showed that the 50% discount would be applied at checkout, but the discount was not actually applied. I took screenshots as proof.
I contacted customer service immediately, while the promotion was still active. However, they only replied after the promotion ended and then told me they “couldn’t do anything anymore” because the offer was over. This is unacceptable, as I reported the issue on time and provided clear evidence.
A customer should not be penalized because customer service responds too late.
I simply expected the discount that was advertised and shown on their own website.
Very disappointing experience.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Pre-Order Experience
I pre-ordered a vinyl from Sound of Vinyl that was advertised with a release date of 7th November.
It’s now 10 days past that date, and not only have I still not received the item, but I also haven’t had any proactive communication from the company.
After chasing them myself, I was told they are still waiting for delivery from the supplier and have no estimated delivery date. For a first-time customer, this is a terrible experience. If they don’t know when stock is arriving, they should be upfront about it before taking orders — or at the very least keep customers informed.
Right now, I have no idea when (or if) my order will arrive, and neither do they by the sound of it. Really disappointing and I wish I’d bought this elsewhere. Not a good way to run a business.
