Not happy at all since I haven't received anything and I don't even have access to the site and my order!!!

Hi, good morning. I want to express my annoyance & displeasure not for the purchase but for the rings and the process. I am from Chile and I bought the rings with great illusion that exclusive products would arrive. I bought the rings, I'm in the USA, these take a long time to arrive. Doing the tracking I realize that these come from China and nothing good is expected anymore. The rings arrived yesterday Wednesday the 24th. I open the package and surprise, rings of very poor quality, ugly, light. Nothing similar to the ones on the website. I want to return them. Gave me shame. I bought them thinking they were great and they weren't. I don't know what I can do, I'm going back to Chile this Saturday and I feel cheated. I hope you can read this message and answer me something. My name is José Flores.

The Online site states they're American , yet the paypal recipient was chinese and my product is being shipped from China by the tracking details . My biggest hate in life is deceitful and lying people and this company is both !!! Plus they charge big money for obviously cheap clothes made by cheap labor .

Shipping is taking much longer than expected. I haven't received the rings yet so I can't comment on the quality.

The ring is beautiful it looks like in the ig photo, and the shipping arrived to fast!

After almost 2 months of purchase, my products were returned to you due to lack of information on the invoice. What is the procedure now for me to receive?

I ordered three bracelets and only received two which I did not order and which are not even on the website. Also, I got zero response from customer service.

I am very un happy with what I received. Rings look nothing like what’s on the website. I have reached out numerous times for a return/refund and have not heard back from anyone. After this bad experience i don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I was very disappointed. For the order had been shipped wrong one and so different from the picture on website.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order, nor have I got my money back. I contacted therebelgear.com both by email (no answer), and Instagram profile. On Instagram they promised that they will check out what is going on with my order, but days later there is no answer. I have a screenshot of our conversation on Instagram.
