Exceptional customer service
The short version of this review is that I would highly recommend Andre and Temelectronics to anyone looking to buy a new or used PC.
The longer version:
I'd been planning to update my main work machine for somewhere around three years but the shortage of graphics cards forcing high prices followed by the AI demand for fast storage lead me to start looking for a used machine on Facebook Market place as a stop gap while waiting for the pc markets to stabilise. I quickly started to take notice of some very reasonably priced, and highly spec'd, machines built by Andre which kept coming up in my search results.
I watched these machines for a while and then decided to drop Andre a message asking if he would have any advice on a build which would suit my professional needs, within a very short period of time he came back with a suggested build which would not only meet my requirements but also hit the other targets I had set which included a five year expected working life and specific budget.
His communication was friendly, polite and prompt. He answered all questions, some of which were probably really rather silly, in a timely fashion and gave answers which clearly demonstrated he understood my needs and my budget which he respected, at no point did he try to suggest raising that price point which in this day and age was refreshing to say the least.
I paid a deposit on the Sunday and a week later had a message to say my new bespoke machine was built, tested and ready for collection.
Meeting Andre was a pleasant experience, he was happy to walk me through the machine, patiently answering my questions and explained how I could install additional storage etc and providing me with all necessary cables to do so.
He was polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable about the subject. His diligence in ensuring my new PC was very securely packaged for the return journey was a nice additional touch of excellent customer service.
I've had the PC for about a week now and it's running flawlessly, far exceeding my hopes for what it is capable of and incredibly it is whisper quiet while running, even under load, which is a huge upgrade from my previous somewhat noisy work horse.
When this machine needs upgrading or replacing, I will not hesitate to contact Andre who can now count on my business going forward.
If you are looking for a new PC, you've looked at the 'big' brands and have a budget in mind I would say you'd be missing a trick to not contact Temelectronics before you place an order as I'm sure you will find better value, better build quality, personalised recommendations and the human touch so easily overlooked these days which offers real insight to what you actually need rather than what you think you need.
