Ordered some LaCoste shorts in August that arrived fairly quickly but were too small. I booked a return, paid for tracked postage and sent them back. The parcel then appeared to be lost in the system before being returned to me in early October - at a cost to me of £3.50 to retrieve it!

The Post Office tell me that the parcel was delivered but not collected by the vendor (the returns address on Red Lion Rd, Surbiton is a corner shop/post office so make of that what you will!)

I've contacted them politely asking if they will pay for the second attempt at return postage but they have declined saying its my responsibility.

I wish I'd never come across this company - if prices seem too good to be true, there's usually another catch

Item was paid for, I had a confirmation email. There was no tracking number provided, and the shipment was late. I emailed Rainy Days, they said the tracking number they had was invalid so my order will be cancelled. There were no other items from a particular brand in my size left on the site so I’m hopefully receiving a refund. Complete waste of time, why advertise items you don’t have, or use a postal service that gives out invalid tracking numbers. My hunch is they just simply didn’t have the item in stock and the tracking number scenario is a red herring.

Terrible customer service, terrible company. No contact whatsoever. Waiting 5 days now and notuhing. No updates. Waiting for 2 Lacoste polo shirts. Avoid these people at all costs. Don't respond to emails or calls. I wish I'd looked at reviews first. They're now saying they don't have my parcel so I contacted the other cowboys, Evri. They haven't received it. PayPal have now been contacted and the next step is trading standards. Enjoy your review. In response to your pathetic response, I'm getting no details on where this parcel is whatsoever. You also take days to respond and you don't answer the phone. Poor excuse for a company. Scammers is what a lot of people are calling you and I'm starting to believe it.

Ordered a pair of adidas shorts, adidas t shirt and adidas tracksuit top. Got a decent sign up discount. Items delivered in 4 days. Exactly as expected. No issues at all here. Very happy punter.

Also had to contact customer services regarding a question on delivery. It was answered within the hour.

What an awful company to deal with!!
Returned my lacoste polo as the quality was horrendous. Stains,poor stitching .....and I don't even think they're authentic.
Been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks now with no joy! Luckily bought through PayPal so they can sort it out.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Edit: I have been given a refund for my missing item,but had to go through a 3rd party to get it.

Product was listed as women's small, but was not. It was very long, almost a mini dress ( even though I am a fairly tall woman), super loose all around the top, gaping at the arms and yet tight around the butt... obviously a men's vest, there is no way it was made for a woman, or even unisex.

It actually fit my fella who is a medium large, and trains at the gym, the fact that it fit around his arms and chest and height shows it is definitely a mens fit.

I contacted them, but obviously for small cost figured its not worth driving to the post office just to return it, their response was basically to say I am wrong and it IS a woman's vest and that they haven't had other complaints, obviously lies as you can see by other reviews here.

Poor customer service, poorly uploaded products with incorrect sizing. Not worth the time, money or effort.

Buy cheap buy twice. Had a chew on with this company. Bought some adidas beckenbauer track pants that wore out within six weeks. These are third pair I own and first from 5is company. They refused to take them back then eventually did when I went down fair use statutory route but gave me a proper convoluted route that it’s a pain. I think these are either seconds or fake trousers.

fake adidas clothing. cant complain it was cheap, and it did arrive. but fakes none the less, and while they look genuine they are poor quality. one ripped twice on the first day of wearing it! dont think ive ever ripped a hole in a single garment in my lifetime let-alone twice 😆

I placed an order on 4th January which I have not received , I sent an email to the "info" mailbox containing my order number asking for an update on my order on 12th January, I have received no response. When I try to track it, it says it has not shipped.

Update: received a response after this review, one item was not in stock and have been refunded. Would not be keen to order again with this company

Ordered two items on the 18th December. Payment taken within a few days. Delivery was meant to be 3-5 working days I have not received an update on this order at all but the money has been taken from my bank. I have emailed the company over a week ago and have had no response.

at end of November. Unfortunately they use Evri so, suprise suprise, package "disappeared" in transit. Evri were no use so spoke to Rainy Days who haven't come back to me with anything so far. It's a shame, they had a jacket I liked the look of yesterday but I'm not prepared to take the risk.

The customer service from this company is absolutely appalling.
I placed an order on 26th November and had confirmation the order was being processed.
Not received so I chased up.
Had an email back nearly two weeks later saying an item I ordered was out of stock. I replied to say swap for another item.
I have since had no communication at all despite send 8 emails to them.
No phone number to ring.
Appalling.

I made an order on 29th Nov (2 weeks ago) that said 3-5 days delivery. As of now, it still hasnt been shipped and I've had one response on email after I had emailed 3 times. They said they needed to check with Evri - and then no follow up since. No phone number to contact them on. Also got told that every new email that is sent on their system puts your request to the back of the queue which is why I didnt get a reply. I have now asked for a refund. Hopefully that is quicker than the delivery and email responses. Very frustrating experience. First time I have used this company and won't be using again.

Ordered t shirt and when it arrived the company is obviously now using a different supplier The shirt wasn’t faulty but the fit and material made the shirt not a good fit for me There are no return options other than to e mail the company which I did The e mail address supplied was for Anthony 2 e mails and no response 14 days to Reno’s passed Lesson learned won’t use again

This is a real customers review. Order placed with no problem, money taken from my account. Delivery specifies 3-5 days. After 5 days no nothing, so I chase. 2 days after, no apologies, I’m told it’s shipped with a Evri tracking number. This has now stated awaiting collection for 2 days. Save your money, pay a little more and get what you pay for.

I bought some more items using this service as I have before. Once again they all turned up on time and in good condition.

One item didn't fit properly and I was able to return it with no problems, getting a full refund.

I wouldn't hesitate using this company again.
