Amazing experience with Anna’s Boutique London. I ordered a christening dress for my daughter which is beautiful, such good quality, reasonable priced and was delivered quickly. I also ordered some personalised christening shoes which are handcrafted and absolutely beautiful, it usually takes 3 weeks for the shoes to be personalised however I required them sooner than this for my daughter’s christening. I contacted the customer service team who were super helpful and they arranged for the shoes to be personalised and delivered in time for my daughter’s special day which I am very grateful for. A very well deserved 5 stars.

Anna’s boutique is one of the best seller ever. My parcel was missed as it was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed them and they quickly replied to the email and also followed up with a phone call. I would definitely recommend them.

I am really pleased with the shoes I bought for my granddaughters christening. They were personalised with embroidered details of her name and the date of her christening. However the order took over 4 weeks without a word of explanation as to why they had not received them until I emailed.

We ordered a christening candle for our daughters baptism. The order process, as well as the delivery were excellent. It arrived quickly and very carefully wrapped. The candle was in an excellent condition and fully representing what we saw in the photo. Great experience overall!

Thank you so much for the beautiful christening dress. Also, really appreciate how easy it was to speak to someone (after i ordered the wrong colour) and request that colour was changed to the right colour- thank you for doing this and making it so easy to rectify. Appreciated not having to deal with a robot (AI) and that boutique seems to be based in the UK. The dress arrived promply. Very pleased overall. Highly recommend.

Great first time experience shopping with Anna's boutique London. Website is fantastic and a great range of clothes and products. I ordered a beautiful baby girl babygrow and hat set. It was delivered within a few days and when I opened the parcel, I was in awe, the set was even more beautiful than the picture, it was absolutely stunning. I can't wait for my granddaughter to arrive in June and see her wearing the set. Great quality material and size.

Really good experience buying christening bits for my son. I had questions on sizing etc and all was answered very quickly and very detailed.
