Purchased trainers from Artifacts Apparel through 'Lovethesales.com', so wasn't actually aware of the seller until after the transaction. When the order email arrived I googled Artifacts Apparel and the reviews had me worried. I shouldn't have been as the order was delivered within half the time quoted and was exactly as described. Would use again.

Returned an item.on the 2nd January as it was too small..
Have heard nothing in relation to a refund .
I sent an email yesterday with details of tracking number and the fact they received the return on the 6th January .Still no communication .
Please acknowledge your emails and refund my money.
There were good offers on the website before Christmas but the service has put me off buying from them again.

Ordered on Black Friday and still no order or tracking information.
Emailed and had a response saying it was lost by Royal mail - however I have had no email and no it didn't go to my junk email - as i checked this daily and added to safe senders. I have since provided proof and asked for the tracking details; as well as the new one they say was sent yesterday - but still no tracking email has been sent to me.
I understand this is an independent business, however the Xmas promos are still running which if demand cannot be coped with seems flawed.
I'm yet to get any tracking info and this is 11 days post order. And I'm not sure about the info being lost by Royal mail as like i say I've seen no proof of this or tracking details - and Royal mail usual class it as lost after 10 days in their system so.....
I'd like to try and resolve this with getting the good that have been paid for [ for a xmas gift] without the need to ask for a refund or reporting for lack off communication and failure to provide goods.
Wouldn't recommend at all.

ordered the 27th of Nov, emailed info x 4 times and had one response on the 3rd simply stating to 'bear with' because of black friday. now it appears i'm just being ignored. no tracking number or any indication who is delivering. happy to take my money though.....

So the fact that it took 6 days & the right item & size was received & the Quality was on point gets a Massive thumbs up.
The reason for 2 stars lost is that when you order of the website, you then get a confirmation email , minus an order number or description of item that you get with any reputable company.
So if you do order , screenshot the details if you want the order details.
I feel the Company wants to do right but it needs improvement to gain trust from customers & improve its reputation.
It is a legit company , I can confess to that , I am a happy customer, but I hope that they can get on top of there issues & become much better.

Same as others, ordered two weeks ago and heard nothing, no order number, so difficult to chase. Email sent and ignored. Happily took my money though. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES....

Wow.
Wish I had read the review section before placing my order! Seems not much has improved.
Money taken from account, email received stating “order is in” and how to track the order. But tracking link doesn’t work. When accessing my account it shows no order. So basically I have no idea if an order is placed, no order I.D, no tracking info, and no way to contact the company other than an email address which they don’t reply to. They do have my money though!
Avoid at all cost!

If I could give 0 I would, I hadn’t received my order so emailed the company. Luckily, on this occasion, they did respond but advised the order had gone to my billing address (old home) instead of my delivery address, they asked if I still had access and apologised for the convenience. Apple Pay automatically synchronised to my old address for billing but I entered the correct delivery address which they confirmed via email and the words ‘huge technical error occurred’ were mentioned. I’ve since asked them if they will be refunding me or sending another item, as I don’t have access to the address they incorrectly delivered my items to, to which no one has responded. I’ll be raising a chargeback through my bank for goods not received which they’ll have to refund anyway and incur a fee. Anyone who has similar issues I’d advise to raise through your bank instead of dealing with this company.

Amazing quality and great fit!
I recently bought a T-shirt from this company, and I’m seriously impressed. The fabric feels soft but durable, and the fit is perfect — not too tight, not too loose. You can tell it’s really well made, and even after washing it a few times, it still looks brand new. The shipping was fast, and the packaging was neat. Overall, a great experience — I’ll definitely be ordering more from them!

Absolutely zero idea what is going on with my order!!
Ordered 10 days ago now. Initially received an email stating i would be notified when it was shipped and that i could track it. I was unable to track so i e-mailed and was told the parcels tracking was invalid and they would send the order again that day. I had a quick response and I thought amazing as id read a couple of negative comments and this just proved them wrong so I gave it a few days again hoping i would get some information on my order but now have had 3 un answered emails when enquiring about my parcel and asking for a refund if my items were not being sent but had absolutely zero back from them!
Fantastic experience, I bought a Casablanca T-shirt from love the sales which is partnered with these guys. Order came straight away. Really happy
