I ordered my bag online and a week later I got it. A long the way they send me a mail regarding the tag I wanted, and just wanted to confirm my decision. And it went super smooth. I love my Juan 13" laptop sleeve. It's simply perfect in all its simplicity. The sleeve is well padded so I know my macbook pro is safe and secure. The simple envelope style closure makes for easy, fast access and the style is so unique. I've only had it for a couple weeks but if it lasts half as long as my other Property Of bags it will last a lifetime!

I have received my package 6 days after my order which is quiet late but mainly the package was damaged and the bag was also impacted ; I have taken a pictures as prouf.

Coule you please consider my complain and either refund me or make and exchange by sending me a new bag?

Was looking for a quality, vintage looking backpack for a daily use, +travelling. Somehow came across with "Property of...". It was love at first sight and decided to buy "Karl +48h Travel Backpack in Dark Forest / Dark Brown", very happy with the purchase.

The delivery from NL to ES was quick, 6 days aprox.
No complaints whatsoever.

I stumbled over Property Of while on a short vacation in Amsterdam and fell in love with one of your backpacks. The staff were very helpful and happy to showcase the bag’s many features. As I was unable to bring the bag with me on my trip I instead ordered it when I got home. The website was easy to understand and use. The overseas shipping from Amsterdam to my location was surprisingly swift (even my own local delivery service managed to get it right for once :) ) and got regular updates on the progress. Great!

This is our 3rd piece from Property Of and we love it. Our Carter duffle over the last 15 years or so has been on so many travels and always performs well. I know this piece will be equally as satisfying. Customer service is as great as the products they sell.
