Amazing Customer Service
I had the best experience ordering from The Pottery People. Billy was amazing and could not have been more accommodating with my wheel purchase. My initial contact was 5 stars, I had lots of questions and received responses that showed care and attention to detail for their customers. I had some reservations about ordering and my mind was immediately put at ease as Billy looked for solutions to ensure I was comfortable with the ordering process and my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend The Pottery People for your pottery needs! Billy was fab and I am so happy with my new wheel! 💕

Pottery Wheel Order Experience
I ordered a Shimpo pottery wheel from The Pottery People and received fast and great communication and support from Billy throughout. Even though we encountered an issue on delivery (we live up a narrow lane that some lorry drivers don't like coming up), and a re-delivery was needed, Billy was fabulous in getting it through to me as quickly as possible.
