Excellent company. My order was ready in a very reasonable time and cut perfectly. Very pleased with purchase.

Not a great experience with them.Online they portray themselves as a big company with orders coming out there ears. In reality its a pokey little unit in a run down part of Walsall. I ordered some plastic sheets and requested a date needed for. Can't do that they replied. Over a week to cut 2 sheets of plastic. Mid way through the wait I contacted them again with some amendments. Teied no we cant do that its been cut. Far from helpful. Still couldnt collect order for another 2 days. If I hadnt of already paid Ivwould have told them where to stick it. Finally collected item. Left stpod outside a locked door cos they couldnt find order. Very rude,unproffessional and unhelpful. Wont use again and dont recommend.

First time using this company and I am very impressed. I needed something to replace the glass on my patio table which had broken. Ordering was so easy and I had a query regarding which thickness to order and they were extremely helpful. I asked for a hole for the parasol which was no problem. It arrived within a week of ordering and was extremely well packaged. It looks absolutely perfect. Highly recommend

After finding the plastic man online with one simple phone call all the information needed was explained in detail,placed an order and they guided me through it efficiently manufactured the item to specified size in quick and efficient service from start to finish within the delivery time frame excellent service

Communication is non existence. It seems that after you order and wait the 7 days then ring they then dispatch the item. This occurred on both orders. Last order 11 days to arrive. Item is 5 star but only a few pounds cheaper than wickes who deliver in 2/3 days. Overall they need to keep you informed not wait for you to ring them.

Really great customer service and product. The second time I've used them.
Even though I phoned up and changed my order several times, as I'd not measured properly, they were always polite, always communicated well and were pleasant to talk to.
Also the packaging they sent my item in was superb! No chance of damage.
Will definitely use again 🙂

I wanted to replace the broken glass on my patio table. Glass was proving to be very expensive. So I apprehensively placed an order with the plastic man for an acrylic replacement. I am very pleased I did. It looks great, fits perfectly. And I don’t need to worry that it will break again.
