Delivery took too long .

Well, I haven’t yet received my order, the communication from the company excellent, including updates on any delays.

When I sent you an email you replied quickly and really kept me imformed during the whole process

At the end of the purchase where you can add on other items, it would be nice if you needed to cancel the order as well instead of having to send a message and refund it from there. There should be more online options available.

The product I purchased from The Pillow Home appears to be higher quality at a reasonable price. I have not received the item yet, so cannot comment on it yet. But I do commend this business for proactively keeping me informed of shipment status.

Choosing and ordering was easy, I've only given four stars so far as I'm awaiting delivery of my pillow. Hopefully it will be five stars once I get to use it.

I’d give 0 stars if available. Stay away from these very deceptive people. Website lists US address, but return has to be shipped to China. Not cost effective.

Efficiency in ordering and good information.

After my second episode of vertigo, I decided it was time to make some changes. I didn’t get checked after my first episode, but after the second one I saw an ENT doctor and also tried acupuncture.

My acupuncturist explained that the way I sleep—usually on my stomach or side—could be contributing to my vertigo and recommended that I start sleeping on my back. Whether or not that is the only cause, I wanted to follow the advice and find a pillow that would help me stay in that position.

I tried several different pillows, and this is the only one that has worked for me. It took some time to get used to sleeping on my back, but this pillow makes it much more comfortable and helps keep me in that position throughout the night. If you’re trying to transition to back sleeping, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try.

I ordered two mattress covers one for my queen size bed, and one for my full bed. I only received the queen size not the full.

Easy to navigate, flight problems with shop/google pay options, but good overall
