Good communication given the shipping delay. The company reached out and updated me so I wasn’t waiting for a reason. This is much appreciated.

At the end of the purchase where you can add on other items, it would be nice if you needed to cancel the order as well instead of having to send a message and refund it from there. There should be more online options available.

The product I purchased from The Pillow Home appears to be higher quality at a reasonable price. I have not received the item yet, so cannot comment on it yet. But I do commend this business for proactively keeping me informed of shipment status.

Efficiency in ordering and good information.

After my second episode of vertigo, I decided it was time to make some changes. I didn’t get checked after my first episode, but after the second one I saw an ENT doctor and also tried acupuncture.

My acupuncturist explained that the way I sleep—usually on my stomach or side—could be contributing to my vertigo and recommended that I start sleeping on my back. Whether or not that is the only cause, I wanted to follow the advice and find a pillow that would help me stay in that position.

I tried several different pillows, and this is the only one that has worked for me. It took some time to get used to sleeping on my back, but this pillow makes it much more comfortable and helps keep me in that position throughout the night. If you’re trying to transition to back sleeping, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try.

I ordered two mattress covers one for my queen size bed, and one for my full bed. I only received the queen size not the full.

Easy to navigate, flight problems with shop/google pay options, but good overall

I would not recommend buying from this company.

I first contacted The Pillow Home on 24 May 2026 to arrange a return. I was required to return the pillow to China at my own expense, which cost me £13 in postage.

I returned the item using Royal Mail International Tracked on 3 June 2026 and sent them the tracking details immediately.

On 10 July, they emailed me confirming that my account had been tagged for refund processing and that the refund would be processed shortly.

Since receiving that email, I have sent three follow-up emails asking for an update, but none of them have received a reply. I have also received no refund confirmation and no refund.

It has now been nearly two months since I returned the item, and I am still waiting for my money.

The lack of communication is extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to pay to return an item to China and then be ignored after being told their refund is being processed. This experience has made me question whether this company genuinely intends to honour its refund policy.

If my refund is eventually processed, I will happily update this review. Until then, I cannot recommend purchasing from The Pillow Home.

Ordering my Cozy Rest pillow was extremely easy and I was even able to utilize a discount code for additional savings. I can't wait to receive my pillow!

Easy to order, waiting to receive pillow and ease my neck pain.

Ordered one memory foam pillow from The Pillow Home after going back and forth on a few sites, and I’m glad I went with them.
The website was easy to get around, which I appreciated. The product descriptions actually told me what I needed to know instead of just fluff, so I could figure out the right firmness without guessing. Checkout took about two minutes.
