Rapid delivery , I tried it out and so far I'm sold on it .

I ordered 2 neck pillows and they arrived and packaged well. The website says that they offer a full refund with no questions asked. They also list a New Mexico address. However, when I attempted to return pillowcases that just arrived today, I received the response that i needed to return them and pay the shipping. The return address is in China and the cost for a 1 pound item is costing over $100.00. So in a way, this is like false advertising. And if you check the BBB, you will find that they are not accredited. By the way, im returning the pillow cases because the pillow was not working for me.

Wow wow wow. I can’t believe it. I have been finding some upper back pain even after my new sealy mattress. Did some research. Found this recommended topper by a Chiropacter, I’m very happy with the results. I don’t have to wake up like a 90 year old dude. Thanks Pillow home!!!

Simple, clear description of product, fast response

Superb 'ratings" and finding such excellence ~ "shopping" was easy!!

Great communication from the Pillow Home letting me know every step of the process.

I purchased a pillow found it really uncomfortable and not at all suitable as described. Arranged for it to be returned and was assured after a long wait that I would get my refund. I was advised this was being processed 12/06/26 I am still waiting and have had no replies to further emails! Not good customer service. Do not buy from them from the UK.
