Reliable

Friendly drivers and great service. When I park they are always right there even before I can get out of my car. When I return from my trip, there is often a shuttle right there, and if not, one will arrive within 5 minutes.

We get assistance with luggage

We get assistance with luggage, get to airport on time, and are always treated courteously and as if our business is appreciated. Setting up the reservation and checking in and out is easy. The attendant in the booth is helpful and offers us a bottle of water.

It was easy to find

It was easy to find! The staff was very friendly and prompt dropped off right to airport gate! I left my phone in the shuttle when dropped off and was able to recover it quickly. Thanks

The location is easy to get to

The location is easy to get to, not too far or close to airport traffic. The shuttle’s run regularly during high peak times, waiting is minimal. The shuttle’s are clean and well maintained! The driver’s are very helpful and professional!

Drivers are always friendly

Drivers are always friendly, I don't have to worry about waiting for shuttles to whatever color parking lot, I get my bags and head to the designated area and someone picks me up! I've used The Parking Spot for several years, anytime I fly!
