I appreciated the pricing - it was more affordable than me taking an Uber to and from the airport. I also liked the app and the ease and convenience of having everything at my fingertips. Lastly, everything ran smoothly from the shuttles picking us up quickly, to them being ready when we returned, to the no cost reservation extension when my plane was delayed on the return home.

Great service. Did not need to wait for pick up. As soon as I parked the car, the shuttle bus was right there to take us to the airport. When we landed, there was a bus there. The driver kindly got out of the bus and let us know that he was full and another bus was 2 min away :).. We did not need to sit on the bus and wait for a long time, probably 2 minutes and then we were off to our car - only people on the shuttle !!

The Service is always consistent. I know what to expect. Everything flows smoothly. There is always an attendant on duty in case the automated self check in process fails. I always get to the airport on time relying on the Shuttle Service provided by The Parking Spot. I have always gotten picked up on time on Return Flights.

A very efficient service indeed. Finally a great way to take flights out of PHX instead of TUC. Covered parking made it even better. Prompt, fast drop off and on return, very easy and fast pickup at the airport. In this day and age, probably one of the better travel experiences and services yet!

This was my first time using The Parking Spot Sepulveda. I am a senior citizen traveling alone so I appreciated locating a parking spot on the second level near the shuttle elevator. The walk to the shuttle on the ground level was short and easy to find. Upon my arrival back to LAX, the shuttle pick up area was easy to locate, and I only waited five minutes for a shuttle to come by. Great service!!

Friendly drivers and great service. When I park they are always right there even before I can get out of my car. When I return from my trip, there is often a shuttle right there, and if not, one will arrive within 5 minutes.
