Would be 0 stars... Bought and paid for express delivery 1-2 days day 2 and it's not even been shipped my poor dog now has no food and will have to eat something he's not used to. Have contacted they don't man their phones and take a day to reply via email. Absolutely awful service.

Tribal kibble for our dog has nothing less than brilliant.we though we were going to lose her when she started to digest her own stomach. HA foods only made her stomach worse. The Tribal nutritionist and our Vet sorted out new diet and meds and she is now fully recovered. The quality of the food certainly aided the full recover of our dog, the fact it is cold pressed is much easier for a dogs gut to digest.

Order my dog and cat food from this company, always super fast service, had a problem once with the delivery box being damaged during transit and items missing, contacted the company who sorted immediately and sent out another order, would totally recommend.

Ordering is easy, it arrives quickly and the information I get on the day from delivery driver regarding delivery time is spot on.

I have purchased items from this merchant before I had LSU with dogfood I received it was contaminated and the packaging was opened. I tried to contact this company and I received no contact back. I contact them via email and tried to contact them via telephone which I kept getting an answer phone disappointed with this company and they subsequently put up their prices wouldn’t use again got my regular dogfood from another merchant for cheaper price and better customer service very poor service from this provider

To start with I was offered 10% off my first order if I signed up. I signed up but when I received the 10% off code is was only for dog treats and I couldn’t use it for the dog food I actually wanted to buy. Needed my order quickly, so I paid £5 for express delivery (states 1-2 working days). However, my order did not arrive until 7 days later!!! I have emailed The Natural Pet store to request a refund for the £5 express deliver charge paid, but 2 days later and I haven’t even had the courtesy of a response from them. I only went to this company as my usual dog food provider were out of stock - I definitely will not be using The Natural Pet Store again. :(

After a mix up with the delivery process.The goods finally arrived after several emails and shopping elsewhere before receiving the item.
I try to support new businesses but a better correspondence would be helpful as it was the 2nd time using the company.
