Great company and service

Great company and service, fast delivery and good communication.
Highly recommend the natural pet store; I’ve used them a few times now, Ashley goes out of his way to get the dog food I need for my dog - thank you very much for this.
Hopefully I will be able to order more soon!
Highly recommend to all 🙂

Poor delivery

Our first order was a long time arriving. Was told it had got lost, no tracking available. They resent order and it eventually arrived with packaging all torn and items hanging out of box.
We gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered on 23/5/26. The website states speedy shipping yet here we are again with no delivery. I have emailed as you can’t speak to them and the reply basically says DPD haven’t logged the order. Yet we still are waiting for a delivery. No more chances, we will not be back. Poor service.

Really bad at putting things right when…

Really bad at putting things right when they do go wrong. Communication poor. Incorrect items delivered have to be returned before they refund ( 6 small trays of dog food will be collected by DPD before they issue a refund????!!!)
I have been a regular customer, spent a lot of money, but if this is how they treat valued customers then I’m done here. I’d recommend that you go elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Have used The Natural Pet Store for…

Have used The Natural Pet Store for about 4 years now on subscription. Prices are competitive. Our dog is allergic to chicken so TNPS were a god send as his lamb food was scarce anywhere else. They are consistently cheaper ocassionally beaten by PAH but factor in petrol to PAH and having to preorder TNPS delivery to the door was a no brained. As others have said if you get let down its by the courier service which is beyond TNPS control. We have had roughly 4 bad deliveries resolved by Ashley immediately and all due to DPD failures. Nothing to do with TNPS. Still using them and will continue to do so. Their loyalty to us makes us loyal to them.

The delivery was late by two weeks

The delivery was late by two weeks. Nobody contacted me to inform me that there was an issue, and I had to send a reminder myself. They replied quickly, but the promised delivery confirmation was not respected again. The package finally arrived a few days later.

Damaged tins of dog food

I buy arden grange tin dog food on a regular order . Spending about £200 each month Quite a few tins arrive in a badly dented state in most monthly orders and some are actually burst open and the dog food is mouldy therefore cannot be used and at a loss of money to me . As some of the tins are very mouldy I would think they have been despatched in that state
Better transport boxes are required and tins need to be checked for damage prior to despatch

Parcel never received so refunded

Unfortunately, I never received my order. I received tracking information but the parcel was sent somewhere in Northampton. Company unreachable on the phone so had to correspond by email. They were quite responsive so I was hopeful that the error would be rectified but unfortunately had to request a refund in the end. Refund was completed fairly quickly

Terrible service

Terrible service. Twice they have failed to deliver my car litter. Blaming it on dpd not scanning it . After a week of not receiving it I went back to my previous supplier. Ordered 3p.m and arrived before 12 the next day. And received the refund 4 weeks after initial payment.

Poor delivery

I order a big bag of dog food every month but recently the delivery has taken well over a week and that’s only after chasing up. The true test of a company is how it deals with issues and this is where they fall short. A phone number that’s never manned and email that takes a day or two to reply to and then with a vague answer which then has to be chased again. No gesture of goodwill vouchers or anything and not really an apology. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on so that’s a regular customer lost

Appalling Company

Ordered three items, payment taken, order confirmed but no dispatch note and no further correspondence in 3 weeks. Ive emailed twuice for an update and heard nothing back. Furthermore there is no telephone number listed. Really really poor service. AVOID!

This company can't be bothered to send…

This company can't be bothered to send you the what you ordered nor can they be bothered to reply to you emails.
The phone number doesn't work
I ordered two different looking items and got sent two unmarked bags of the same, when i did finally get a response Ashley told me they are different just look similar!
