I ordered products over £30 two months ago which I was not sent. They have not responded to my emails and I cannot obtain a refund. At the back of this review, I was contacted with a replacement order, and received half of my money back for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated.

I wondered why I could not get any information for tracking my package, however, when I reached out to The Natural Paper Co, they explained the process of shipping from the UK and what was involved. I totally appreciate an organization that takes the time to respond immediately to an inquiry.
