Excellent customer service, they resolved a driver issue instantly!
I initially had a bad experience with the collection process because the DPD driver arrived very late and falsely reported that the goods weren't ready. However, the customer support team at The Mobility Shop and their CEO, Steve, were absolutely incredible.
As soon as I contacted them and explained the situation, they listened to me, took immediate action, and processed my refund straight away without any delays. Their communication was excellent, fair, and extremely fast.
The transport company might have been unreliable, but The Mobility Shop’s customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend them for their honesty and professional support!

Excellent walking aid
Bought this for my mother- she is absolutely delighted with it. Its stability and adjustable height mean she can walk freely on our uneven country lanes and without stooping or shuffling. Excellent product.

COMPLAINT ON REVIEW PLACED BY THIS COMPANY THAT I.DID NOT WRITE , THIS IS MY TRUE REPORT AFTER I Bought a new ventra plus disability scooter off them for 2299.99 euro, when tested the horn and indicators did not work, I was told and accused of leaving out in the rain and messing with it they refused a refund although it took 3 weeks to deliver, they then charged me a refundable deposit of 150 euro for a technician to come and repair it (he never came) a driver er came. To take it back for repairs, it failed the electrical tests and accused me of damaging the horn then proceeded to offer me a lower price model with no baskets, my scooter was never repaired and it cost me a further 225 euro to bring it back home, they have never given me a refund of my deposit or offered a full refund for the not roadworthy scooter Beware this DISHONOURABLE COMPANY THAT MISTRESTS SEVERELY DISABLED PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF BE WARNED THIER WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING

Mr Jones, your review is fundamentally not true or accurate.
You contacted us via email to say you had removed panels and were planning to make your own adaptions, we strongly recommended you not do so.
Having chosen back to base warranty you then reported faults that arose outside of the returns period. These faults were no present when our technician did the delivery and set up. The €150 charge was a charge to send a driver 220km to collect and bring the item back to base. You were aware of this when you paid for the collection service and this fee would have been refunded if the issue was not as a result of tampering.
On inspection the item was shown to be tampered with, the indicator issue a wire that you had disconnected, was fixed free of charge.
You then proceeded to make two false allegations to the payment company denying you authorised payment or agreed to buy the item. Both chargebacks were declined by the banks.
We offered to fix your horn issue but this required parts from the manufacturer and you declined in writing to wait for the parts.
It is not possible to keep the mobility scooter and to file a false claim with your payment provider.
Good Value for money and easy to deal with
I purchased the Zip Stroller Manual Folding Mobility Scooter for my mum. I found the prices for mobility scooters at the Mobility Shop to be very reasonable compared to other Irish sites. The Scooter was delivered promptly, was well packaged and easy to assemble. The scooter is compact, easy to use and to fold however it was a little heavier than expected. The staff at The Mobility Shop were very pleasant and answered any questions I had promptly.
I would highly recommend The Mobility Shop.
