Excellent and prompt customer service

Excellent and prompt customer service, fast delivery and good value for money, quality products. We hired a wheelchair for an elderly relative, she was so pleased with it we decided to buy the same model. Both transactions were very easy, they were very pleasant to deal with and we are delighted with the model we bought. Highly recommend.

I placed order for a shower seat and it…

I placed order for a shower seat and it was delivered within the stated timeframe. Upon receipt of goods I discovered a few screws were missing. Jess in customer care was extremely helpful and had replacements delivered by next working day. My parents are super happy and my siblings know that shower time will be safer!

My child had accident and needed…

My child had accident and needed wheelchair for period of time this service was very accessible and prompt . Website and ability to extend rental period were very easy and reduced our stress at time. The wheelchair arrived within 24 hours to my hone and was in great condition. Staff were ultra pleasant to deal with during the rental period. Definitely recommend this service.

Good quality products and fast customer service

The product quality was very good, and I was happy with my purchase. I contacted customer service once by email about my order, and they responded very quickly. They were helpful and answered my questions promptly. The delivery didn't take long either. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this shop
