The consult call was timely but...
The consult call was scheduled quickly which was great, but the male nurse didn't seem educated enough when asked about dosages of the item and didn't really come across friendly. Also as many others have mentioned, they don't provide customization to the strength of the product. So if you are looking to enhance or decrease the strength, they tell you it can't be done at all.
Lastly, I have to receive an email reply and refund as promised over the phone.

It was a great company but now they…
It was a great company but now they refuse to ship to a major city in the NT. Palmerston is the biggest city in the NT but they will no longer post there????
Im done with them after 5 years, think you would get some loyalty but nothing.
Just go to your Dr as it will be cheaper and easier.
Whatever has happened at pilot, change of owners??it will lose them a lot of customers.

So, what made my experience great was the level of support I received when I received an e-mail from Pilot drawing my attention to the fact that my most recent order was going to be shipped to the incorrect address.
