Broken mirror, but the replacement arrived the next day!
The mirror we originally bought arrived with a small crack in one of the corners. After getting in touch with customer services, they asked for some photos of the product, and very next day a replacement arrived! Amazing service, thank you!

These guys were brilliant!! I rang them on a Friday at 4.55pm and a human being answered immediately and helped resolve my query. They tailored the delivery to meet my installers needs and the product quality of exceptional. Amazing little company - highly recommend.

Basin is great quality, very happy with it …be nice if there was an ice white version though as the ‘stone’ is a bit cream in tone (even a concrete grey version might be a nice option, which is quite in these days) :-)

I've received no calls about the delivery if my bath when the receipt says I'll hear within a day. Really not sure where the bath is... In the dark more than 1 week on.

Lovely quality and great customer service
I had a couple of questions about my order and Faye from The Luxury Bath Company was very helpful, responded quickly and was friendly and very polite.
The quality of my shower tray is very good and I am looking forward to using my shower tray very soon after my installer has finished fitting it.
