I ordered a large 'Turner' shower tray that arrived on time but it was crooked and uneven and could not be fitted which delayed the build of our bathroom somewhat. They did replace it but the logistics of returning and receiving the new one took a few days. The replacement was also not perfect but was able to be fitted. Thank you to Tracy who dealt with this very efficiently.

I paid in full for a bath from this company after consultation with them. We waited over a month for the bath to be delivered but they couldn’t give me a date for delivery. In the end I had to cancel the order and order a bath from Casa De Stone. I was told my refund would be processed in 10-14 days because for their merchant service. 2 weeks later, I had to chase a refund only to be told they had asked the merchant that day to process the payment. I have now got to wait another 10 days for my money. I do not recommend this company. Their service is dishonest and heaven forbid you need your money back. I am considering legal action. Absolutely disgraceful!

The sales person handling the sale was very good. We ordered Elgin Farmhouse, which after payment was out of stock. He provided a better grade at the same price.

It was really easy to order the item we wanted and it was delivered promptly.
The big plus was that, although there was a problem with the item when delivered, they dealt with the issue very quickly and professionally. Really polite and friendly service.

Having purchased the Hockney shower tray, we could not be happier with the quality of the tray itself it is clearly a very high quality product.

Unfortunately, the matching waste cover is not fit for purpose, as it has not been machined correctly and does not fit the waste opening securely. The standard waste cover fits perfectly, but it does not match the tray in colour or texture, which defeats the purpose of paying extra for a matching item.

We notified the company of this issue on 20 January. After multiple follow-ups, a replacement was finally sent last week; however, this turned out to be another standard waste cover, not the colour matched version we paid for.

We are still awaiting a proper resolution, including a refund of the additional cost paid for the matching waste cover if this issue cannot be resolved.

It is a real shame, as the core products themselves appear to be of a very high standard, but the matching waste cover and the after sales handling of this issue have been disappointing.

After looking at many bathroom companies I was looking for a vanity unit which had the storage I was looking for which most of them the storage is not adequate enough

I would definitely recommend the Luxury Bath Company. The staff were very professional and helpful and most of all easy to contact. My bathroom suite is very high end and looks amazing!!

The shower tray was installed on a contiboard floor and is as solid as a rock. Quite heavy at 67.5 kilos we used suction pumps to move the tray upstairs and again to put it in place (recommended) making it easy to get in its final position. The minor angle on the surface ensures that the water drains extremely well and the floor finish ensures sure footing even on a wet surface

The only thing you need to keep in mind is the thickness of the bathtub rim and its slope. Although my bathtub is within the stated thickness, the curve made it extremely difficult to attach the tray to the rim at the correct angle.
But everything is fine, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Some nice products, and when I spoke with the company pre-purchase the staff were very helpful (if not completely accurate.. I was asking about thickness of a basin). The delivery is very expensive compared to other similar retailers. The basin arrived with minor damage (not due to delivery). I emailed to raise this with a photo, but they wanted more photos with coins for scale and it all became too much hassle. I asked several times for some guidance about whether I could polish out the damage, but got no response.

Stone basin is lovely. Very high end feel. Very quick delivery, all arrived safe and well packaged.

Great custumer service from start to finish. I was bit picky in terms of the delivery but all has been orgenized in profesional manner.

Second time I have used Luxury Bath Company to buy a stone resin shower tray. Once again first class service, excellent product delivered on the day promised and really well packaged. Shower tray is now fitted and looks superb. Highly recommend this company, service and products.
