Hello, I ordered just before the Chinese New Year, so, naturally, the delivery was a little delayed but the communication I got even through this holiday period was good and as soon as it was over the goods were shipped and arrived a couple of days later via DHL. I am very happy with the sound I'm hearing through my new Ladder Bach 2, fed my a Laiv DAC and a Holo Red streamer 😊.

I recently bought a new pair of earphones, and honestly, the experience was amazing.
I only played one match using them, and that was enough to clearly feel the difference. The sound was extremely clear, and player positioning was very accurate. I could easily identify where enemies were coming from. There was no annoying distortion from explosions or loud background effects.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a Muse M6, which arrived faulty. There was a loose piece of metal inside the unit’s circuit board area, clearly visible through the glass panel. The metal fragment moved around when the device was handled and posed a serious risk of internal damage.

I then spent several weeks trying to arrange a return. Instead of offering a straightforward replacement or refund, the retailer suggested that I either attempt the repair myself — using a heat gun and suction tool to remove the glass — or take the device to a repair shop and pay for the repair out of my own pocket. Neither option was acceptable for a brand-new faulty product.

Only after informing them that I would be raising a dispute with PayPal did they finally agree to issue a refund.

Although I eventually received the refund after repeated follow-ups, they have refused to reimburse the return shipping cost (to china). As a result, I am still out of pocket for an issue that was entirely the retailer’s responsibility.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

It did take a bit of time to arrive just outside Toronto. However, well packaged and very nice product! The fit and finish of the leather cover for my FiiO DM 15 CD player. I have the CD player on the central console and the new leather cover stops the console from being scratched. The leather is not tremendously thick but it is sufficient. It make the CD player certainly more protected.
The company was professional and quick to fill my order. It arrived in perfect condition and would highly recommend them to other online buyers!

I ordered a portable DAC right before the Lunar New Year. The team contacted me and notified that the color I chose was unavailable and we agreed on the alternate color.
