The hifi cat had what I needed and got it to me quick (fiio retro case for M 21 player ). They communicated immediately when a color choice occurred. (either wait a couple days for blue or take SILVER now) they immediately got the silver one out and it showed up quickly and in good shape. Now I’m rocking retro style! Good job, hifi cat!

I am so glad to find this website, the prices are very reasonable not as other sites, it basically keeps the price quite similar as how it sells in original local stores. Super nice! The only opinion I may have is that the website may consider to have some ear tips as well, but all the other areas are pretty good!

Excellent service and customer response from them although you have to use the chat bot to initiate it but they'll come back to you with tracking ID, If you're ordering from India than it might take 25-28 days to receive the order but you'll receive it and in excellent condition (as per my case). Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I was a little suspicious, given the wide variety of products offered on this site, but my purchase (MP3 player case) came quickly and exactly as advertised.

They sell well made stuff, but the real gamble is if it makes it to you without any dents. Everything I ordered was only soft bubble bag wrapped shipped and it is honestly more than enough fine for some items but just do your mental homework if you want mint boxes! Other than that I might make another order before this year is over.

They shipped the item I order out of New York City, USA however when I asked for a return address so I could obviously return the item, HiFiCat support sent me a return address in China. I declined to send it back since the item is worth $30 and the shipping to China is on me(the customer per return policy) which would be around the value of the item I wanted to return; it didn’t make sense to do that. That's why I feel like I just experienced some kinda shady business practice. I won't be ordering anything from them again.

Despatch was quick, and my order arrived to the UK on the shorter end of the standard delivery estimate. Prica was by far the lowest around. Only thing I could nitpick about is their choice of courier for the UK leg, but it was on time anyway, so didn't seem fair to dock a star.

Great experience so far, part shipped my order and first was with me within 8 days. Happy with the IEM's & good pricing. Look forward to trying out the next pair when they arrive

SCAM ALERT - Broken Bluetooth Earbuds, Zero Response, No Refund!

I ordered Bluetooth earbuds from The HiFi Cat, and they arrived broken. Never used them once. I emailed them with details, and they responded at first but then ghosted me completely despite multiple follow-ups over weeks.

This is outright theft: they ship defective products and deliberately choose to ignore customers to avoid refunds. Their policy claims to handle defects within 7 days, but they don't – pure scammers who pocket your money and run.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! Save your money and sanity – buy elsewhere.

I got my shipment in India within 12 days. Genuine product with no shipping and duty and taxes. What else i need?

I've ordered from them twice. The first time, I ordered a Fiiom21, but they forgot to send it to me because apparently they were out of stock. I had to send them an email before they checked their inventory and found one.
The second time, I wasn’t satisfied with the headphones I received, so I wanted to return them. I only used them once to test them; I sent photos to show they were in brand-new condition, but they claimed there were major scratches and therefore refused the return.

I recently bought an iEM Myer and I'm very satisfied with it. The packaging was also very careful, although the delivery time was quite long because it fell on a holiday.
