Close attention to detail, very polite and friendly service.

The service we received today was exemplary. Glen made my mother in law feel very comfortable while clearing what seemed to be a massive amount of ear wax from both ears. He conversed with her through every step and even showed us before and after photos. I would recommend The Hearing Clinic Ltd to anyone having issues with their ears or hearing. I got fitted with a new pair of hearing aids. Bridgitte took great care to measure all aspects of my hearing response and apply the appropriate settings to the aids. I had to go back for some tweaks to the settings and I was fitted in very quickly for this. I think you get the best care from the most knowledgeable audiologist and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

I've been having problems for a while now with a serious build of of ear wax (complicated by having very narrow ear canals) that made it difficult to remove, in fact I had to visit 3 times, but Candice never gave up on me, as had previous audiologists! She was very gentle but persistent, determined to resolve the issue, and happy to say I'm now hearing better than I have in years! Thanks Candice!

Advice on choosing the right hearing aid was very good. The installation went well - but for the company making a mistake. Rectified quickly and two additional appointments saw my hearing aids working well.

These hearing aids have made a most amazing difference to my life. I've suffered hearing loss for a few years now, and forget what normal hearing is like, but with these aids, sounds really do sound like normal. Background is no longer overbearing, in fact I no longer hear background.

It was a routine appointment for wax removal which was done in a very thorough and effective way. The audiologist. Candice, also responded to the fact that musical upper frequencies are now sounding out of tune. Her new music programme for my hearing aids has made a significant improvement.
